You are wrong bro...the issue with 13th and 14th gen processor that has been addressed by intel are strictly desktop processors and not laptop processors...there is nothing wrong with laptop 13th and 14th gen chipsets
For battery drain issues- Call your premium care number, and tell you face battery drain problem due to adapter not giving enough output, they will run some test like hardware scan and battery status and if they don't find anything related to software they will provide you with a more wattage adapter in 2 or 3 business day replacing the old one. It solved my problem
India is being too linient on these companies. Just think when we have to be on hold for groceries of ₹1000 for 20 to 30 minutes for any reason, 1 lakh is something they will definitely evade. India needs a law to penalise the companies for every second they put the customer on hold or waste before a solution is offered.

Watching this from a Lenovo LOQ AHP9 (AMD Ryzen 7 8845hs, RTX 4060), i dont have any single problem. Good performance, good battey life 8-9 hours using office programs/youtube and programming. And 3-4 hours gaming
Motherboard Problem is due to intel 13/14th gen malfunctioning. Motherboard malfunctioning is also happening in other company laptops as well. Battery drain is also on intel variants only but that issue is on Lenovo's side of things.

I also bought laptop before 3 months, i have faced display issue so i raised ticket. Lenovo service engineer created a new problem and service not good. The engineer are not trained properly, they are seeing UA-cam video and play with our laptop like trying to prepare new dish & created new problem. I really felt bad about lenovo product, wasted 61k. But soon found out that boost processor mode was unabled and offed it and it fixed my issue . i was about to order a custom laptop (slim 5 core ultra 7) then i got this video recomanded, honestly speaking, no company has good after sale service, i am using PC (not laptop) from 2006, jusr 3 years back i bought gigabyte graphics card (radion 8gb), it got busted within a year, they said its because it got rust so they cant replace, what the F i said, but they never replaced, i had to buy new one, so its just luck these as everybody trying to make buck by cutting cost on quality
If you want to game, dont order slim version. It will be expensive with lower performance. Its not worth the few mm of less thickness. If you like their aesthetic, then maybe. but usually its not worth it.

While playing games on charging the 230watt adapter is not able to provide sufficient power to both cpu and gpu. Because i7 14700hx is power hungry cpu it consumes around 90w while gaming and gpu around 100w. Screen and other components are also there. That's why the battery is draining. I use acer Nitro 5 with rtx 3070ti from one year it has 280w adapter and 3070ti runs on 150-160w unlike 4060. Lenovo should provide atleast 280w+ adapter. Or they should downgrade the cpu
There's older version of the laptop adapter with 300 watta for Lenovo 5 legion try it it will work just fine and other version for Lenovo 7 330 watts ..try what's best for you

people gotta stop making it look like they alone have all the issues and burdens of the world man , NO its not just your specific spec model , the entire loq as a segment is utter garbage . here are my comments from reddit and other forums in one place - i have gone through thousands of comments and i can say this issue is absolutely insane and the loq should be avoided at all costs . many people are asking which laptop is better and my advice is the same , dont fall for the loqs higher specs its a very bad laptop here is my comment from reddit - i have an loq as well and i have seen that most issues are happening with either the custom 4060 14700 or the i5 12450 hx rtx 3050 (6gb) 512 ssd 16gb ram . the battery backup is terrible , they already advertise it at a low rate and the actual rate is like 40 mins - 2 hours at max charge according to the task you run . i have the battery issue and it crashes some times too , keep in mind i bought it in april 2024 and all of these crashing and battery issues were there from day one , and i have not once mishandled my laptop yet . i would not have complained if it was just this but the MAIN issue is the performance , its not just a 3050 its the 6gb one which is supposed to be way better but its performing worse than a 2050 or even a 1650... the fps on fortnite is absolutely crap on the loq and one more thing , my moms i5 11 gen laptop without a graphics card renders 3d models slightly faster than this laptop on performance mode... also i didnt use the performance mode apart from benchmarks but even there the fps was so bad and unstable i had to turn off overclock . even with the overclock off the laptop runs better on balanced mode than performance mode ( i am doing it from both the battery option as well as the vantage app , so yeah the LOQ sucks i would not reccommend it to someone) so yeah also i have seen this happen in all gens so doesnt matter if its 12450 13450 or 14700 , this might be the shittiest laptop lenovo has ever made . please spread the word thank you
I am using HP Omen 15 Laptop from 2 years. Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3060, 1TB, 16 GB. Very Very Good Laptop. Very stable and snappy, also very quiet and free from all glitches. Best part is after sales service is very good and very cost effective, and they come at home (HP Certified Service Center) and do all the service and bring all the equipments (Just once I got fans cleaned). Seems this Laptop will last easily five to seven years more.

Good support and after sales service, unlike Asus, Acer. I am using HP Omen 15 2021 Model. Currently HP Omen 17 (Yes 17 Inches - big) is available with intel 13th Gen and RTX 4060 for around 1 lakh 10 thousand on Flipkart. Great Machine. HP uses very high quality parts inside laptop and after sales service is good and laptops are not overprices like dell.

I714700hx with rtx 4060 .custom laptop .the problem is its overall build quality of Lenovo laptops is less due to which we cannot predict when the problem can occur.
@@darkeshfr none, I've used it for 40+ days and it's been fantastic. I use the custom mode with different wattage settings and the temps are very well controlled.
Just use the custom option in the lenovo vantage for under volting settings I would suggest you to watch a tutorial of undervolting as its crucial to get a good custom otherwise it affects the hardware of the laptop (note undervolting is only for intel hx/hk processors)
I was about to buy Lenovo yoga slim ultra 7 laptop on this coming Saturday 27 April 2024 from Reliance Digital. I started smelling a rat on Lenovo now. I better hold now. Acer doesn't provide accedental damage protection I think .check once .adp is very importent with these windows machines. Because I had taken adp for 3 years they are replacing parts free of cost or else I would have to pay for every thing .if you Mac supports your workflow then better get MacBook Air or else go for dell or thinkpads . Dell alien ware and thinkpads are better built is what I have seen and this was also said by the enginear who came to replace the motherboard

Don't receive the laptop saying the package is tampered or receive the laptop and call them and tell I want a refund as the product is defective having battery drain issue. Make sure you raise the ticket within 1wk of invoice date or else you will be struck like me in endless calls
@@yashjorwekar5251 Display is actually bad for Editing and Modelling, it's not color accurate,I do a little modelling and editing and i mostly use Hex code and send it to my old laptop to check colour correctness. I don't recommend it for editing purposes,But gaming is so smooth. Thermals fan speed is so loud, actually very loud you might feel like it's gonna explode but it does the job thermals are great it's just the fan noise that makes you worried.

units in 2024 are coming defected i dont know why but i also own a loq 4050 its 2023 varient ryzen processor and its true 2023 variants are way better than 2024 and my own laptop has not created even a single trouble till date and is far better than any other in this range . if u r facing such critical issues just insult them socially and i prefer you to please go to consumer court .

No matter what they write on the mannual they have go some serious problems in quality this time. Many people have seen break in screen or break in keyboard or some or the other issue within 3 months of usage .so I think its the quality issue with Lenovo laptops

Ofcourse, it's a beast laptop in this price range with these specs but lil' scared to go with it. @@devaprasadpaul64 I never had any lag with it and it has a integrated gpu as well so there's not much problem with the battery where as in the new variant of LOQ, there is no intetgrated gpu (7435hs) which makes battery last only an hour as it is on rtx 4050

India is being too linient on these companies. Just think when we have to be on hold for groceries of ₹1000 for 20 to 30 minutes for any reason, 1 lakh is something they will definitely evade.
India needs a law to penalise the companies for every second they put the customer on hold or waste before a solution is offered.

Motherboard Problem is due to intel 13/14th gen malfunctioning. Motherboard malfunctioning is also happening in other company laptops as well. Battery drain is also on intel variants only but that issue is on Lenovo's side of things.
Same happened with me... I have ordered a lenovo ideapad slim 3 laptop from Amazon and it's defective ....sounds are not working properly also heats laptop within 20-30 mins.
We are complaining everyday still they are not ready to return or refund.

I also ordered CTO order on 14jun now still waiting fearing and thinking about quality, really mentally disturbing paid 1.3 lakh rs. i was about to order a custom laptop (slim 5 core ultra 7) then i got this video recomanded, honestly speaking, no company has good after sale service, i am using PC (not laptop) from 2006, jusr 3 years back i bought gigabyte graphics card (radion 8gb), it got busted within a year, they said its because it got rust so they cant replace, what the F i said, but they never replaced, i had to buy new one, so its just luck these as everybody trying to make buck by cutting cost on quality
If you want to game, dont order slim version. It will be expensive with lower performance. Its not worth the few mm of less thickness. If you like their aesthetic, then maybe. but usually its not worth it.

While playing games on charging the 230watt adapter is not able to provide sufficient power to both cpu and gpu. Because i7 14700hx is power hungry cpu it consumes around 90w while gaming and gpu around 100w. Screen and other components are also there. That's why the battery is draining. I use acer Nitro 5 with rtx 3070ti from one year it has 280w adapter and 3070ti runs on 150-160w unlike 4060. Lenovo should provide atleast 280w+ adapter. Or they should downgrade the cpu

I am using HP Omen 15 Laptop from 2 years. Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3060, 1TB, 16 GB. Very Very Good Laptop. Very stable and snappy, also very quiet and free from all glitches. Best part is after sales service is very good and very cost effective, and they come at home (HP Certified Service Center) and do all the service and bring all the equipments (Just once I got fans cleaned). Seems this Laptop will last easily five to seven years more.

HP uses very high quality parts inside laptop and after sales service is good and laptops are not overprices like dell.

How to do undervolting of cpu and gpu 🤔
Just use the custom option in the lenovo vantage for under volting settings I would suggest you to watch a tutorial of undervolting as its crucial to get a good custom otherwise it affects the hardware of the laptop (note undervolting is only for intel hx/hk processors)

Acer doesn't provide accedental damage protection I think .check once .adp is very importent with these windows machines. Because I had taken adp for 3 years they are replacing parts free of cost or else I would have to pay for every thing .if you Mac supports your workflow then better get MacBook Air or else go for dell or thinkpads . Dell alien ware and thinkpads are better built is what I have seen and this was also said by the enginear who came to replace the motherboard

I don't recommend it for editing purposes,But gaming is so smooth. Thermals fan speed is so loud, actually very loud you might feel like it's gonna explode but it does the job thermals are great it's just the fan noise that makes you worried.

i have an loq as well and i have seen that most issues are happening with either the custom 4060 14700 or the i5 12450 hx rtx 3050 (6gb) 512 ssd 16gb ram . the battery backup is terrible , they already advertise it at a low rate and the actual rate is like 40 mins - 2 hours at max charge according to the task you run . i have the battery issue and it crashes some times too , keep in mind i bought it in april 2024 and all of these crashing and battery issues were there from day one , and i have not once mishandled my laptop yet . i would not have complained if it was just this but the MAIN issue is the performance , its not just a 3050 its the 6gb one which is supposed to be way better but its performing worse than a 2050 or even a 1650... the fps on fortnite is absolutely crap on the loq and one more thing , my moms i5 11 gen laptop without a graphics card renders 3d models slightly faster than this laptop on performance mode... also i didnt use the performance mode apart from benchmarks but even there the fps was so bad and unstable i had to turn off overclock . even with the overclock off the laptop runs better on balanced mode than performance mode ( i am doing it from both the battery option as well as the vantage app , so yeah the LOQ sucks i would not reccommend it to someone)
so yeah also i have seen this happen in all gens so doesnt matter if its 12450 13450 or 14700 , this might be the shittiest laptop lenovo has ever made . please spread the word thank you

units in 2024 are coming defected i dont know why but i also own a loq 4050 its 2023 varient ryzen processor and its true 2023 variants are way better than 2024 and my own laptop has not created even a single trouble till date and is far better than any other in this range . if u r facing such critical issues just insult them socially and i prefer you to please go to consumer court .

No matter what they write on the mannual they have go some serious problems in quality this time. Many people have seen break in screen or break in keyboard or some or the other issue within 3 months of usage .so I think its the quality issue with Lenovo laptops

Literally, you saved my fuckin' day with this video. I'm about to order the same laptop with same specs today which costing me around Rs. 1,14,000 including cashback. Ofcourse, it's a beast laptop in this price range with these specs but lil' scared to go with it. Basically, this is the only brand I could believe well in manufacturing laptops. I've also seen MSI laptops but denied it because of worst after sales service in india. Then went to this laptop, now by seeing your video I think lenovo brand also isn't good to buy at this time as I've known by you that it is building with cheaper quality.
Why I trust this brand so much is currently I'm using lenovo legion 5 laptop which I bought almost 3 years ago, it's still working like a gem but had to replace this with new laptop because of the worlload I have in which it could handle with these specs.
I'm in dilemma to go with laptop or PC build. Finally, after watching your video now quitting lenovo brand and I'm going with PC build now.

@@devaprasadpaul64 I never had any lag with it and it has a integrated gpu as well so there's not much problem with the battery where as in the new variant of LOQ, there is no intetgrated gpu (7435hs) which makes battery last only an hour as it is on rtx 4050
