Didn’t remember your cancer was originated from the hpv virus. Last year I too was diagnosed with a cancer derived from the hpv virus. What a shock! I’m 64 and married for 33 years. All my treatments worked and I’m back to healthy. I feel a closer connection to Keith. Loved seeing him again. Have been following you for years and miss the 2fitdocs channel. Hears to good health for both of us!

Fourteen years ago, I stopped eating Process Foods, Junk Food and Soda.
Dairy, Gluten, GMO, Grains, Nightshades, Sugar, Sugar Addictive's and Sugar Alcohols , some vegetables.
Junk foods and Soda. It took me months to change my diet and it wasn't easy , but I did it and I don't regret it.
I went to Organic foods, but I inspect that too, before I started eat it.
There were 3 ideas,
1.Take nutrition classes,
2. Make sure our Soil had plenty of nutrients , to be able to start a garden.
3. I wanted to raise Grass Fed - Grass Finished Angus Cows.
Overall, it took 2 1/2 years. It was a process and took time.

After to finding out my HA1C were 5.7. I gave up added sugars and refined flour breads just went cold turkey I now don’t crave sugar at all and lost 30lbs over 3 months

I watched your videos and they really helped me break the cycle and stop my cravings. I don't take any sugar or food but some days like Xmas or parties I consciously allow myself to treat but I don't seem to feel it is needed anymore.

I never thought cutting back would make the cravings go so quickly...the memory is still there but that's another chapter. I had cupcake for Xmas, I had one cookie, felt a little off but was fine. Today I don't need it. I can look at chocolate advent calendars and feel no real impulse. I thank you for that and am interested in seeing what is in the book.
