imagine getting 9-12 year prison for attempted fraud, however bad it is, there are murderers or worse criminals walking free...
She costed the company millions and only ended up serving four years.
How did her husband get a longer sentence. That makes no sense
I think when that fraud cost the company a million, she probably should have gotten even longer sentence. That being send said there are absolutely people free that did worse
I remember one of the late night talk shows was talking about Wendy's serving up kangaroo meet
soo the worst that a company can do is fire you? if someone purposefully violates a health code where selling food to the public, shouldn't that be some kind of infraction to the community as a whole?
odd that the woman got less time in jail than her husband who supplied the finger tip..unless there's more to the story like he threatened her with bodily harm unless she lied

The finger print thing is not wrong ... The state law was too strict and PCI compliance is required when handeling credit card information and fingerprints is an approved form of MFA ... There is more to that story than you are telling or probably know ...
