Loved the video I need to get a good bottle cutter. I have tried with the typical hardware type cutter and I can never get the score right. I'm not giving up. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. Fortunately for us we are able to keep at cutting bottles aiming at getting the score right … there are plenty of free bottles out there to test your skills.. AND when it doesn’t quite work out the way we want , break up the glass and dump in a rock tumbler and make your “sea glass”… no tumbler,?…. break glass and pour into your cement mixture for stepping stones… it’s fantastic… one big epic center of creativity. A good glass cutter is en pointe. I have the bindu studio cutter. ..been a while … works however I am testing out other models. Agreeably, I myself found the typical hardware fairly challenging..
Aya Jane I’m sorry to hear this. Frustrating I’m certain as I experience this myself sometimes… (like today cutting pellegrino bottles which both are going to the rock tumbler bin… as I didn’t get the score right. Where may I ask does it go south?

Get a tile cutter. It costs more but so much easier to cut the bottle.
@@chickie5249 good idea.
What is the name of your bottle cutter or where did you buy it
Greetings! This is the model I bought on Amazon. Thank you for watching my channel! So appreciated🥰

@maureenbomberry2943 my pleasure
I followed your method on scoring the bottles and hot/cold technique but it didn't work for me,I tried it 3 times 😒 but nothing happened at all.

Borrow a handyman's tile cutter saw. It cuts bottles wonderfully.
@@chickie5249 spot on idea😄
You should practice and talk a little more safety. Most DIYers don't have experience with tools.
Thank you.
