I got this LP when I was 14 and I'm 45 today....the whole album is timeless. A lovely comment and a song by a outstanding artist. Her book "Rememberings" is very much worth a read too..... Take care.
@@erynkirkwood5046 - no. This was 1980's life. It's just come around again. It left me in tears back then and I still can't cheer the song. It's too painful for that. When Margaret Thatcher became Prime Minister, there was a cold and callous edge to her and a change from an old time traditional fumbling, bumbling socialist country that was so cold and painful to adjust to.
Rip Sinead, thank you for being the voice of Ireland. You will be remembered as a political genius and this song is one of the best examples of your poetic style
esto es arte..solo la guitarra..letra inteligente...belleza fisica..la voz limpiap..susurros sensuales...todo en una sola mujer...sineid...por siempre..genio...
Me too… I still remember crying the first time I heard it when I was what feels so young… my 20s. And now I know what these lyrics really mean and it breaks me up even more.
Cette voix est pour moi la meilleure au monde, chantée par la plus belle âme. Sinéad je t'aime infiniment ❤❤😢❤ En moi tu continues de vivre. Tu nous manques😢
Just a brave soul. She is one of those "whites" who make me incapable of hating whites. Just their culture and governments. Peace and love from the Book Man of QB! Go get'em!!🏃🏃♀️

RIP Sinead O'Connor. Many didn't understand you, but the few who did will mourn your loss.
She sang from the absolute depths of her soul.
This Song Hits Home in Today’s society
Right? She was way ahead of her time

Such a beautiful, powerful, and poignant song. Her delivery still makes me emotional when I hear this played.

Such a poignant and (sadly) timeless song. She was the brave voice we needed but we were to blind to see it.
Talent doesn’t come like this anymore!
Not even close
there are few singers who can make a breath intake a cry for understanding - she was always beautiful
I miss her...
How are there not 3,000,000 views and comments?!
