Love it!! Hoping to do this myself in next year. Tell that camera person to turn the phone sideways next time.

Haha... will do, Conner! Thanks for following my progress and I hope you're able to learn from my mistakes before you begin your tiny house journey!

Hi Erin! In this video you said that you bought land and put in a septic tank for a "permanent dwelling"...so is your tiny home considered a permanent dwelling even though it's on wheels?

OMG!! URGENT!! I just noticed your very first video had a intro, typed 26x8 tiny, later you mentioned 28x8, can you tell me what size is the Trailer? 26 trailer with a 2 foot bump out or a 28 foot trailer with a 2 foot bump out? I am planning mine now and that is essential for me to know. As always, thanks for your response.

My original plan was drawn as a 26' foot tiny home. However, I later changed that to a 28'-0" trailer to allow enough room for me to include a full-sized sofa in my living room. So, the actual tiny house trailer is 28'-0" in length and 99" wide.I hope this helps, Nancy and sorry for the confusion!
