Very informative! Thank you! When you were talking about sturdier cardboard, I immediately thought of the boxes of cat litter I buy. It's a 40lb. box, so the cardboard is super stout, I'll bet it will work great.

This is great! I usually use the toilet paper carboards but they add a lot of bulk. I'll try your idea.
