We lived in an area where the closest neighbour was 23kms away and closest supermarket was a 6 hour drive and we loved it.

That little house is not located in Canada it's located in the United States of America on the St-lawrence River on the American side. I know I grew up there.!
This was really interesting, I love videos and tv shows about these sort of homes and places.

I lived isolated -took a year to get used to (living with minimal human contact was maddening). No TV, nearest neighbor nearly 2 miles away, town was 13 miles away and frozen landscape in every direction for 6-8 mo. of the year (we even had snow one 4th of July). But the hunting, fishing, boating, and so many other outdoor activities were perks that (in the long run) made it worth it. I drove a boat or snowmobiled to school. My Dad was a prominent auto industry sculptor (he came home every weekend) and 'Art' became an important past-time.
This incredible video was incredibly enjoyable and incredibly documeted and narrated. (Someone need a thesaurus 🤔) What about: immensely terribly eminently frightfully?

there are many houses out in the farm lands of american mid-west, the wind will literally in the course of a decade strip your house bare, so people plant trees around there house to protect them, and also the ground outside the trees look like crop fields

I know of a family living in Alaska that their nearest neighbor is 140 miles away, and the only ways to get to their home is by bush plane, dog sled or snow mobile.

Concerning the house surrounded buy trees : something tells me that the house is actually below sea level and that the trees are actually below sea level as well and they only look like bushes when somebody takes a casual glance at them.

The reason that house is surround by trees is because their neighbor owns all the land surrounding it and wants to drive them out because the trees basically blocks out all the sun to the property

Why did the stone house look so different from the pictures he showed? Like, he shows one picture of it, then another that looks so different.
Because it made up of 4 separate boulders. When's the last time you saw nature make a straight line and smooth as silk textures???...NEVER!!! That's why it looks different from different angles.
Also nature experiences erotion. That said the house over time will get smaller and smaller exponentially. Plus rain and wind and sun will cause fissures or cracks to form and reform. Making one side of the house or even one side of the same wall to become thicker or thinner than the rest of the structure.
