You are mistaking method for result. The contradicn is on the surface only. Emptiness is emptiness. Fully enlightened beings have full realization of emptiness. That is enlightenment defined. And emptiness is non-duality. Buddhists and Taoists, when fully enlightened, have no disagreement. Listen to the sages, not the scholars. Scholars guess. Sages know.
