Being from Illinois I saw Dylan wrestle numerous times, awesome wrestler. I have 3 wrestlers myself, keeping them at weight and eating well is a balancing act. The air fryer is an amazing device. Always cheer for Illinois kids, loved the video, good luck Dylan in the Big 10s and the big tourney.

Bruh, get a Zojirushi induction rice cooker. Given how much rice you eat, you might as well have it be amazing and simple. I have had other rice cookers in the past, and the quality of difference made me never, ever regret spending a little more for mine.
