Thank you for stopping to help those kids fix the bike. The few times I’ve done the same thing it seems kids these days, I know I sound old, have no idea even how to fix a flat. And most other riders just seem to blow by and not help.
good on you that you helped those kids out man! great video to watch as usual! wish I could visit mount washington soon but I live in Holland so my local xc trails will have to do 🤣
@@TheLoamRanger that helps, but I don't have an appropriate bike for that 😅 might send it on a rental there. you should go on a Europe trip, we have some amazing stuff here as BKXC showed us ;)
Cool to see the whole family doing this nd also carrying gopro's! We have kids to and this is very inspirational, they are becoming at an age they could actualy go mountainbikng. :) thanks! Cheers from the Netherlands.
Going to order an evolink in the next couple day! Well as soon as I can decide a size lol at 180cm it’s rough lol I wish I could buy both and sell one lol you deserve some commission from pole for my purchase as I’ve never heard of pole until you got you 140 frame!
I particularly enjoy sitting on the stationary bike in the mornings at the gym watching your videos. Makes the monotony of early morning cardio much more tolerable!
I rode Mt. Washington earlier this year and I've got to agree - the trails there are extra gnarly, and could easily be 1 rank more difficult across the board.
Lost In The Woods totally. I was thinking about it and they could do what Coast Gravity Park did with their signage. They have a red trail marker that sits between blue and black. I feel that would be perfect for a couple of the ones we rode. They still have plenty of types of trails for everyone though, so no complaints from me!
Thanks! Well, I started dragging them behind my bike in a kid carrier down bumpy, fast dirt trails when they were tiny, so they’ve never known anything different 😂 From there it was just about trying to choose the right steps in progression for them as they got older. If the trail was not too easy and not too hard, they’d have a great day and would be pumped to ride more. Easier said than done though haha.
awesome video! those trails look like a lot of fun but I’m definitely nowhere near good enough to ride those trails yet, I nearly fell off my bike a bunch of times trying to go down this blue tech trail in Whistler, I’m not sure what trail it was but I believe it was either Ho Chi Minh, Smoke & Mirrors, or Blueseum, but it could’ve been a newer one, all I remember is that right near the beginning of this trail it drops off into a really steep decline that’s filled with rocks and roots and my coach literally just told my group to send it and let our bikes do the work, obviously that didn’t work too well for me because I spent the next 5 minutes trying to walk down this trail.
You should ride more trails in southern B.C.! I live there, and there are SOOOOOO many cool trails! I go hiking with my class, and there’s a trail with lots of jumps, and it’s pretty technical. Barely anyone rides it, so it isn’t in the best condition, but still, there are lots of unknown trails in B.C.!
I sure do love the tech behind the Machine but (and I say this with all due respect) I prefer Beths Pole lol.......lovin the color on hers its sick. But in all seriousness its great to see all the kids out there and riding park
You showed that your MTB skills compared to the other UA-camrs is not bad at all, but dude!, in terms of editing high-quality videos, your skills are absolutely in another level compared to them.
K buddy, u got the second statement right he’s good at editing sure. But the first statement ur miles off. He’s sooooooooooooooo bad at the actual sport that he’s making a career of. “These are the blackest blue trails I’ve ridden” like boi the jumps were like crank it up size. It’s definitely a blue. And don’t get me started on how he’s the same level as the other you tubers. He came last in the ewe whistler race even behind Paul the punter! And that’s saying something.
If that map zoom made you sick, don't try Google Earth in VR. Actually, no, still do it because you feel like you have super powers. Nausea inducing superpowers, but still!
I’m new to the island and have really enjoyed having this gem of a resort in my backyard for sure. I grew up in Alberta riding your new home of Canmore, enjoy that meca haha. Solid edit, keep up the amazing work!
Probably one of the biggest UA-camrs to visit my local bike park 😁
That is my local bike park too😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Tyson McClead if you’ve got the tools, you’ve gotta stop! The bike park walk of shame is not something I wish on anyone 🙈
good on you that you helped those kids out man! great video to watch as usual! wish I could visit mount washington soon but I live in Holland so my local xc trails will have to do 🤣
Majestic Tiger just a short flight to the alps at least!

Kelvin Mulder plenty of awesome MTB times ahead for you! It’s awesome to watch them progress. Cheers man.
Super weird to see Mt Washington without snow. But you are right...it really does look like they got the goods!
The sound of bikeing with the dirt an rocks an wood an then your voice talking when you ride is so satisfying. GOOD VEDIO TOO
Thanks! That silent hub on my bike is sweet for video. Dirt sounds alllll day. 👌🏼
Literally watching this as I’m waiting for the lifts to open just chilling in my Aunt’s cabin
Haha not a bad place to be!
I live about 20 mins away from Mt. Washington and still have not ridden there. I still think I'm too new into mtb for it.
Kandem they have trails for all skill levels. I’d say do it! You’ll have a blast
Yeah dude go for it the loam ranger is like a beginner rider himself and he fits in there
Me and my son sing your Mt Washington song every time we go there. Good times lol. Thanks Loam Ranger!!!
Haha that’s awesome 😂
Intro song for every ride? Haha...do it! Great park, Great vid!
One West haha I think I’ll be down to one subscriber after a few vids 😂
thanks for bringing me back to the place I called my local mountain from 2003 to 2008. I really miss the Island
wow man thats so awesome. can soooo spend a entire weekend there. thanks for the adventure!!
Absolutely. They’ve got some trails that I’d love to just spend a few days progressing on. Cheers!
Some of the best mountain biking content out there. I can only hope with more practice my channel can be as good as this!
That place looks great. Thanks for the video. Bike sounds good too.
Harry Grimley thanks man!
Digging how your bringing the family into your videos, very genuine. Also will you be hitting up mooseduro!?
Thanks Ben! I’m pretty pumped to have them there as well.
The Mooseduro would be fun! I’ll look into it more and see if things line up.
From what I know it is filled up with a waiting list of over 40
@@TheLoamRanger It was full two days after registration opened up and the waiting list is well...very long lol.
Daaammnn! I'm super excited to hit this park this weekend! Thanks for the post! Awesome as always! woooohh!
Bren Bascos nice! Enjoy it 🤘🏼
Beautiful. Definitely worth the drive.
Can’t wait to send it this season here!!
Thanks for doing this. It’s been like 15 years since I rode there. Nice to see what’s changed.
Also the trails that I used to ride... way more groomed. Lol didn’t used to be half that width
Great video - looks like a fun place to ride!
True Blue thanks! I really loved that park.
We used to go ride the hile growing up on our hard tails it's been 12 years though I need to go back
it's weird snowboarding here and then seeing all the trails where the other lines would normally be
That is so cool! Mount Washington is my local mountain!
Lucky! Hopefully we can get back there this year.

Well that’s good to hear! Winter is coming... **shudder**
The Loam Ranger Please do some more ski biking videos this winter that looked so fun!
Not quite a full simulator experience but at 6am its better than a boring bike ride! 😁
Nice of you to help out those kids! Your a true Canadian haha. That dirt looks amazing!
super cool place. Never seen a blue make you get white knuckles like this place did. Nice
Haha totally. Those two (dark) blue trails ended up being my favorites!
@@TheLoamRanger that's so cool. Yea here in Florida we have blacks and they would be a lot of greens there.

The Loam Ranger lol or just get better at the sport
Very cool to see mountain biking as a family activity. How did you get your kids into the sport?

so inviting with the right dirt. Every time I've ridden Mt Washington it's been greasy mud.
Planes and Bikes it does seem like they get a decent amount of moisture there.
Shit mountain bikers say: "This dirt is amazing!" Haha, it really does look perfect, though!
Super sick video. Going there soon. What’s the trail at 4:00
I thought you were going to a video on Virginia Key in Miami
Next week, maybe??
The Loam Ranger that is the other Trail system on an island, just make sure that it isn’t damaged, and LOTS OF WATER
Ah yes. Mt Washington. The home of the braking bumps.
When will you come to the uk???
GhostlyFX maybe 2020!
When are u gonna put the tzouhelem vid out
can you please go to hartland mountain bike park one vancouver island BC
Bike parks = Awesome
100% correct
cool
I love my Island!
p.s. We don't eff around here on the Island. Things are more gnarly here it's just the way it is lol.
Are you sure you've been to every BC bike park? What about Burns Lake?
Malcolm Elliot when I think “bike park”, I think lift access. So I guess I should have said “every BC lift access bike park”. 🤷♀️
@@TheLoamRanger Fair enough! You'll have to check it out, I've heard good things!

obviously kicking horse
They each have their own flavor for sure. Depends on the weekend for me!

Trail looks awesome but too extreme for me

I very narrowly avoided the exact same thing your son did with that drop.
What's brown and sticky?
