Well I could bare try the first 2 exc. very very restricted and sore the 3&4 very very easy without pain. Guess I have to struggle on with the first ones until it loosens up but it’s very difficult with the severe pain 🥵

I am a 100+ mile a month Runner & have suffered right hip discomfort for a while now mostly when resting or inactive it stiffens up causing me to limp until it becomes mobile again! Today I did the stretches and the exercises, followed by another session of stretches. This is the first time in 3 weeks that I have some hope of pain relief. I've been trying every cream, pill, etc. to relieve the pain. This seems to have worked the best. I'll post again in a week or so. The stretch that seemed to do the most for me was the last one of the four. Thanks for your videos. I'm 68 and active. This gives me some hope to remain active.

Wow. I am 64 and have been suffering from hip pain for two weeks from carrying my grandson on my right hip. Just did you stretches and they helped a lot. Pain isn't completely gone yet but greatly diminished. I will keep it up. Thank you. Did not want to have to go to Physical Therapy and spend time and money.

You are my hero… over the last few weeks my hips have been bothering me after sitting. It would eventually work itself out but as soon as I sat, when I got up to stand the pain came back. SO HAPPY I found your video. I am a 72 yr old woman who has been reasonably 😢active all my life although a moderated regime since having CFS for the last 28vyrs. I crashed badly with CFS 4 yrs ago which meant no exercise. and just this last six months I have began a slow increase but found My side hips are too painful when walking or doing yoga. So I just did your stretching and strengthening routine. I am very hopeful as they seem to be really good exercises.

You have modified this from you video called Hip pain relief which I do every evening. Now I have additional exercises to do which is good. The exercises take me half an hour to do but as a 59 year old I am now pain free. I did stop doing these a few months ago and the pain in the right hip returned; once I commenced them again, within 3 days I was pain free thus I am just going to do them for life every evening. Thank you sir, on just day 3 of your stretches and exercises and I can already detect some relief. My right hip pain has always been the most noticeable when waking up (I sleep on my sides) and this morning it was a little less than normal. I bought the strap as well, it just makes it and my foot stretching exercises for plantar fasciitis easier. Am a big believer in trying to use exercises to relieve pain such as when I was able to cure my own minor case of shoulder labrum tear, thanks to videos such as yours!

These exercises helped reduce my pain tremendously! I was in so much pain last night that I barely slept. It hurt to get out of bed, walk, etc. I started doing a few of your exercises in bed and immediately felt relief. I then put on my exercise clothes and did the full sets on both legs/hips and WOW! i have mild curvature scoliosis but get extreme pain in my hips because of it. These stretches are really similar to what I do at physical therapy, but they expand on the things I do which I really like. great video :)

Hi. I've had bursitis for about a year now. Sometimes improves sometimes disproves. I'm going to try these exercises. My problem is that I don't exercise consistently. I despair of getting rid of it and I don't want to go down the injection route. My physio gives me electrical pulses on the hip once a month and this does help .Thanks for this video.
I am using Nordic trekking poles to walk around - usually five to 10 miles a day. Bursitis was coming on - So I started to do your stretches and exercises. Nordic trekking poles are terrific for helping with posture, while walking, balance, and not tripping over uneven pavement. I’m just hoping that I can deal with the bursitis and keep going. Thanks!
