How to Season Your CrepePro

The first thing you need to do once you open up your CrepePro is season it. The CrepePro is a carbon steel pan and does not have any chemical nonstick coating. Instead it develops a natural nonstick coating over time through seasoning with heat and oil. This is a much safer and more durable alternative than teflon or other chemical nonstick coatings.
The initial process of seasoning only takes 3-5 minutes and just needs to be done formally once. The pan will continue to season as you use it!
