To answer your question at 12:30, it is because way back when the core was still used and as it was being phased out, the textures for the plastic texture pack and the default texture pack got swapped. so if you installed the plastic texture pack, it would look normal.

I swear, the item falling on trapdoor game looked amaizing and functional despite being on bedrock
I swear, pistons turning on and off seem almost understandable, despite being on java
Remember, observers were a pairity feature taken from bedrock. If it didn't have microtransactions and had more exact timings, it would be much better (java is a terrible, slow language, C++ is fast)
Thanks

It’s a very creative mini game concept that looks actually fun! Nice job
Looks very similar to gerg’s
if you want to change the difficulty, use a mod that allows tps change

Hey! I'm the builder of the second post office! The first stop is a queue system, so the office can handle up to 7 mine carts at once without breaking, and it will let one through every time the hopper clock flips. The second stop is just to wait for the stamp to return to the minecart.
I loved this showcase, and I'm really sorry my Rube Goldberg Calculator didn't work for you. It's an older contraption, and I really should've included an instruction manual with that thing. 😞
Hope you enjoyed the World's Largest Seamless Glass Piston Door that I also submitted! Can't wait for the next round of submissions, I love seeing all the work of these talented people!
The matching item one was very original and looks fun
Thank you

Here's an idea:
Would difficulty settings be possible?
If so, it would be cool to have two items per spot in "normal" difficulty, 3 per spot in "hard" etc etc...
@@julianemery718 Possibly, but would definitely require a completely different system than the one I use

Thanks for featuring my copper printer! Glad you liked it (:
I'd love to see this format once in a while, really reveals some underrated builds and channels!
Great video!
How does the printer work? Like, how can it recognise the pattern in the chest? Also, does it just wait for the copper to oxidise?
@@rabrun thx for ur interest, here's how it works:
Each copper block placed has it's own "cell" that's connected to an observer facing the block and a dropper that's able to wax the corresponding block. The observer gives an input to the cell and tells it 1. when a block is placed in the slot and 2. when the block oxidizes.
So depending on which of the 4 modes the cell is set to, it can wax the copper block directly after the it is placed or after 1, 2 or 3 detected oxidizations. So when all of the blocks are waxed (every cell remembers whether it has already waxed its corresponding block) the flying machines send the stripes to the top of the printer.
Chest -> cell:
The order in which items are taken from chests by hoppers is always the same (left->right, top->bottom) so if you want to set the mode of the top left cell, you simply take the first item the hopper takes from the chest and convert it from the item input (glass panes) to a signal using hopper sorters, with each hopper sorter using a different connection to the cells depending on which pane was put in the slot. Which connection was used decides the cells mode and well, that's how the chest->cell input works (:
If you want me to further elaborate, you can either use the link in my videos description to download the world and take a look into the machine or you can simply ask (:
@@unweeked alright, thank you, I’ll take a look at the map later :)

Awesome video!!!
That shelf game is incredible. So satisfying to watch and a very creative idea.
Also those post office contraptions were mighty similar to the one I shared on my channel about a year ago. I wonder if they saw it? 🤔
I was thinking the same thing, I remembered seeing a vid of urs that was similar to the second post office

Did you make the card game? How do you show the difference you spotted?
@@ashish_45playz42 You don’t, you just have to figure it out. If you are playing with others it is just whoever gets it first wins. The machine actually has no idea which item is the matching one, and making a system so that it knows would be much more difficult and probably not worth it.

That was my inspiration actually :). I made a smaller (number of items-wise) version a few years ago shortly after that video was released, then eventually improved it until the (almost) complete version shown in the video.

I've seen the minecart minigame long ago too.. I think it was from an original minecraft book but im not sure, anyways, if 5 minecarts came, you had to go to the sides, which makes it possible to beat!
I love how redstoners can make giant machines that does impressive things like bro I struggle with shit like 2+2

I feel like I'm watching a compilation of all of mumbo jumbo's redstone contraptions
I really would like to know how to make the armor stand!
The logic for the matching game is probably that they have one dropper with the "key" item. whatever item that dropper spits out is always matching one of the other droppers while every other dropper has random different items. and seeing as in bedrock droppers can move, you can reposition your items every time
Nope, not even close
@@spacefun101 ahh well, would love to see how it works, and if its possible to make on java!
With the method you described, some items would have to be possible answers while the rest are fillers, but in my game any item can be an answer.
@@Lardbutt200 It actually works exactly the same way as the real game of spot it work. The machine selects two “cards” (shulker boxes in Minecraft) and any choice of two just will have exactly one item in common

2:04 imagine being one of those fishes LOL
I have recently used redstone, command blocks and structure blocks to create a simple bedrock server with minigames and no mods.
Imagine you take more than 5 minutes to find the matching items and they all despawn and it breaks
There is a built in timer to automatically clear the cards after they’ve been out for a bit more than 4 minutes, so that wouldn’t happen :)

12:30 actually, the Nether Reactor Core was never updated, it was due to a glitch that caused it to use the texture from the Plastic Texture Pack (which gave everything a much more simplified look) I don’t know how it happened, but they never bothered to fix it since it was removed soon anyway.
