I agree, visited the city for the first time and was blown away. I guess I heard so many negatives being from Calgary that I had low expectations but ended up finding the city had everything Calgary has plus an awesome river valley in the middle. Cool place very unique.
The structure is as uninviting as a mediocre 1970's office building. Even if this were in Manhattan, where sales of luxury condos are booming, a realtor would have hard time unloading it in its present state. To make matters worse, someone has cut corners on the staging; its just as bland as the architecture. There are some excellent design experts in Edmonton . They should have been used to make this condo much more saleable. Greatly discounted, a foreign buyer will probably take it, and leave it vacant. Good luck Mr. Ng !
@@jackgunn1480 At that price point. They didn't go after the market. Even though theater room can be a 3rd bdrm. Should have marketed it as a 3rd instead.
@@prestontucker1687 The market for a place like this is empty nesters not families. You don't need a third bedroom. One extra bedroom for guests, then a theatre room or perhaps an office space, but a three bedroom doesn't make sense.
@@prestontucker1687 Nobody said developers only sell to old people, but they do have a target market in mind when developing a product. In the case of a $3 million high rise condo in Edmonton the target market is not families. Obviously.
Just think for 3.5 million you can live with some glass everything in Alberta winters and a bunch of drug addicts having fights down below on the sidewalk. Condo fees rising yearly cuz of an arena the players never win in 😂
Oilers are #2 in the Pacific division right now, not bad. Personally, I'd never spend that much for a condo, especially in Edmonton. The condo fees in a highrise are insane. I bet they're close to $5k/month for this place.
Whats with all the hate here!? Edmonton is a beautiful place to live!

Lol, he was going to say "there is a lot of ppl with a lot money that doesn't know where to spend it on"
Yeah, but you'd have to live in _Edmonton._
You'd be lucky to live in Edmonton.

Edmonton is ok, I think This apartment in Calgary would be mouth better overlooking the city and mountains
Why is it Millions of dollars for a 2 bedroom? That's ridiculous.
It's the view you're paying for.
