    There is a issue when you try to connect the camera with the app, I think the camera allows you to install a different driver which is not compatible. So you lose The both connection hub and wifi. I fixed making a hard reset in the camera. ( Then start the hard reset of the camera holding down the 'Pair' button.
    * Turn the camera off while holding down the 'Pair' button.
    * After 10 seconds turn the camera back on, while still holding down the' Pair' button and wait until you hear a beep.
    * Now wait till the LED starts blinking. This may take up to 20 seconds.
    * Now set up your camera again.)

    My camera is not connecting
    I need help I tried adding it as a new camera and it works for like a few seconds and looses signal
    Do I need to do anything with my router or setting up WiFi ?

    I bought 2 of these cameras & monitors (about $200 each) Both won't connect to my wifi, which means my wife can't monitor the baby on her phone while outside the house.
    I tried repairing/deleting & readd camera on the phone, restarting my wifi router. All to no avail, getting error code 3. I don't think it's my wifi since multiple devices are already connected on it.
    I can't recommend this product.

      Hey Joshua , what is the name of the application your wife uses to view the monitor from her phone ? I can solve your problem though , with two options. If you look on the bottom of the camera you will see a gold antenna socket (look at 3:02 in this video). You can buy a wifi range extending antenna for cheap on amazon like this www.amazon.com/2-4GHz-Antenna-Aerial-Wireless-Router/dp/B07CZZCQGZ/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=wifi+antenna&qid=1563224761&s=gateway&sr=8-4 , you just have to make sure the one you buy is threaded so it can screw into that hole. There are a bunch of different male/female ends to the wire that screws into the camera so you have to make sure you get the right one.

    Motorola cannot connect to the camera. I do not know why because it was working. :( Camera is paired, powered.... But it does not work for any distance between them.

    Minha câmera estava funcionando perfeitamente tanto na tela quando a visualização pelo celular via app Motorola nursery. Desliguei a tela em virtude de uma viagem e quando liguei a tela novamente perdeu a conexão pelo app. Aparece a seguinte mensagem: parece que sua câmera está off-line. Ligue a câmera e tente novamente.
    Alguém sabe como posso resolver a restabelecer a visualização pelo app? Na tela está funcionando normalmente.

      The MBP855CONNECT has a portable and rechargeable camera, however, the battery lasts between 45-60 minutes only as it was designed to last for short periods such as when there's no power outlet near. If you have more questions, let me know.

    Lost connection with one of the 2 cameras. Support said to "delete" that camera...then re-pair. I have even used a different number, but while pairing it only says PAIR FAILED.
    I have also RESET the camera that is not working per instructions..but do not recieve the "beep" indicated.
    I have also reset the monitor numerous times...it only connects to the 1 camera.
    Non functioning camera when plugged in and switched on shows solid red power light and solid blue light.
    Help??

    I just bought a second unit so I have 2 monitors and 2 cameras (couldn't find anywhere that just sold the camera separately) Cam 1 is connected to Monitor 1 and cam 2 is connected to monitor 2. What I would like is having 2 cameras connected to one monitor.
    The issue I have is I can not connect cam2 to monitor 1 (to have the 2 cams on the single monitor) as I believe a camera can only connect to a single monitor at a time.
    to get around this I would need to delete /unpair one camera but the problem is I am not able to delete the default camera.
    So I have two monitors connected to individual cameras, which are classed as default with no way to remove or pair with a different cam.
    I have tried resetting both monitors by pressing or pressing and holding the reset button but all this seems to do is turn off the monitor.
    Any advice else I will have to return the product for a refund.

    Mine is working fine except sometimes the sound is weird on the monitor and. I can't update the firmware keeps saying can't download. Yes I already did hard reset and I am connected to my Wi-Fi 2.4 ghz. Sometimes when paring I think it is saying code 3 or code 8 error. But I am able to see it on my phone

      Normally, a new battery fully charged last between 3-4 hours. This considering the monitor goes into audio mode only. If video is also activated or you turn it on frequently, then battery should last considerably less.

Usually, it is the MBP88Connect camera but please note that it also needs to be the same model version, this you can check by the details on the camera base. It definitely supports scan (camera switch), as for the split-screen, it depends on the model version of this model as well.     Is there a reason I can’t connect to my cameras with my iPhone when I’m out of the house ????? It seems to only work when I’m connected to my wifi. Isn’t the purpose to have a connection when your not home or am I missing something ??

      Yes, seems the light in the room needs to be very bright for the color on the monitor to work.

    Anyone having issues connecting their camera to wifi using the Hubble app? I keep getting "Error Code 3", which is unable to connect to wifi, despite using the right credentials.

      Code 3 indicates that your Hubble camera could not connect to your router.
      Tips:
      *Ensure that during setup your Hubble camera and router are near each other.
      *Ensure to type your Wi-Fi® password correctly (and keep in mind: During setup you are asked to type in your Wi-Fi® password, not your Hubble account password.)
      *Your Wi-Fi® password or SSID contains a space or special characters. Please, change your password and/or your SSID and take out any spaces and special characters.
      Please send an email to support@hubbleconnected.com if after this you still can’t complete setup and I’ll ask our technical team to take a closer look.

    This thing sucks I pay $212 dollars for it and the cameras it won’t even work without it been plug in worst of electricity... PLEAE DON’T waste your money like I did.

    What a piece of junk. First things first, got it off of our registry so didn't have a receipt. Charger connector for the camera was bad out of the box. Contacted motorola support and no help there because we didn't have the receipt, even though I explained it was a gift. Used another charger cable for an old random cellphone and it worked, but had to be jimmy'd up with a rubber band to keep it plugged in. About every few months the camera will get knocked around and that connection will go bad and it will lose its charge and disconnect from the monitor. A few times I was able to recover by either resetting the monitor unit, re-pairing the camera, or both. Well, two nights ago it came loose again and died and lost connection. After the 16 hour full recharge time now this thing won't reconnect to itself for the life of me. I'm pretty tech savvy and all I'm getting is a literal continuous "connecting..." sign on the monitor. Terrible support off the get go, poor product quality, non existent support....you see where I'm going here. I've got 4 hours of my own time trying to get this thing to work. Nice paper weight now. Dump city.

      @@hubbleconnectedsupport3046 Units have been reset multiple times with no luck. Can't connect. When they do connect it will be spotty connection, and will lock up if the camera is moved at all. Can't connect on the app period. I've since bought a competitor's brand and have zero issues with that monitor.

    save your money!!! for the price of this monitor and its poor performance it really is a joke. all this monitor has is problems, right from the start. so frustrated! how am i supposed to keep watch on my baby when half the time it doesn’t work? very disappointed.

      I've been having the same issues! Even bought a new camera because I thought something was wrong with one I have, but the new camera is doing the same. It works one time and then now never stays connected to the parent monitor. :(

      This camera is a joke. Don’t buy. I just bought an open box one from buy buy baby. Come to find out there were 2 open box items. Should’ve been an indication. I will be returning.

      To be fair Motorola has resolved my case and made me satisfied! After being contacted by Debbie on here and gmail after my complaint, I was able to quickly start a new case file. The only thing that was frustrating is I had to pay shipping to send it back to them which was alright but still an additional cost. However, they promptly sent me a brand new monitor back and, get this - it is the upgraded newer version of this monitor with an antenna and I have had no problems at all with this one!!! The cords are even different so they do not break as easily. I must say I am very pleased with my overall interaction with Motorola and wanted to add to my previous comment from when I was unhappy with my product. The new version seems to really make a difference!!!

    Don't buy this crap, returning mine tomorrow. Horrible, does not work with Google assistans as it states on the package. ( Atleast not in Sweden ) battery time is horrible 2 hours of use and 15 to Charge, loosing the connecting once a hour, pairing with the app takes 100 tries before it works.
    And works for a few days then its Lost again, tried with a android and a iPhone same crap, and the the picture quality would be ok 15 years ago.

      I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Normally, a new battery should last 1-2 hours in video mode and 3-4 hours in audio mode. About the connectivity, please keep in mind that in order to use your parent and baby unit together, there must a radio link between them, and the range of that link may be affected by environmental conditions.       Meu nome é Crystal e estou aqui pra te ajudar. Você pode tentar resetar as unidades:
      1. Para resetar o seu monitor. Você faria isso pegando um pino pequeno e inserindo-o no orifício do monitor chamado "Reset". A tela do monitor piscará e a unidade será ligada novamente.
      2. Para resetar a câmera, desligue-a, pressione e segure o botão pair, ligue a câmera até ouvir um bipe. Depois disso, você pode tentar reconectar a câmera na unidade dos pais.
      Para emparelhar ou adicionar uma câmera:
      1. Pressione o botão MENU e a barra de menus será exibida.
      2. Pressione o botão o botão DIREITO até que a câmera seja destacada e o menu DEL / X ADD / + VIEW ou SCAN será exibido.
      3. Pressione o botão + PARA CIMA ou o botão - PARA BAIXO para selecionar adicionar e pressione o botão OK para confirmar.
      4. A câmera 1, 2, 3 ou 4 será exibida, pressione o botão + PARA CIMA ou - para baixo para selecionar a câmera desejada e pressione o botão OK para começar a procurar uma unidade de câmera. O LED verde do nível de áudio piscará rapidamente durante a pesquisa.
      5. Pressione e segure o botão PAIR embaixo da unidade do bebê até que a unidade dos pais encontre a câmera, emite um bipe e a imagem da câmera apareça.
