    Hi. Where can I find a full instruction manual? My box only came with quick set up which doesn’t explain all the menu options.
    -What does the message “5 mins > (play video icon) mean that pops up when I turn on the screen?
    -What does the timer icon control?
    -What is the 4 square icon?
    -Can you record video? If so, how?
    Really disappointing that the box doesn’t explain half the features of the monitor.

    Is the camera rechargeable? I have just received the product and the camera works only when the charger is connected

      Hello Anthonis! No, the camera part is not rechargeable. However, if you need a rechargeable camera, you may want to take a look at the MBP36XL which is very similar to the MBP50.     Hi just using for the first time tonight but timer keeps turning off after 60 minutes but cant find out how to turn timer off, probably really easy or in instructions which dont have with me at the moment so any advice would be really good thank

      Hello!
      Please follow the below steps in order to hard reset your camera:
      * Hold down the PAIR button;
      * Turn the camera off while holding down the PAIR button;
      * Now turn camera back on, while still holding down the PAIR button and wait until you hear a beep and the LED starts blinking (blue/red). This may take up to 20 seconds.
      * Now you can add your camera again.

    hi, why does it all look total white when i put it near babys bed at night?what distance shouil i have it?isnt it supposed to stay on the star grip an the bed???thnx

    I just bought an extra cam and I can't pair it for some reason. The cam powers on and the blue light flickers slowly. It seems to be working just fine but I can't pair it. Any ideas?

    how do i initilize it? i bought it as an open box and it wont find the camera, just beeps and beeps and beeps and beeps and beeps. i put it into pair mode, and then press the pair button on the camera, then the parent beeps right after i press the pair button on the camera, and parent says pair failed. have i mentioned it keeps beeping and beeping and beeping?

      @@hubbleconnectedsupport3046 can someone reach out to me to help me with a issue. We have a parent monitor ( model # MBP50PU) with 2 cameras ( model # MBP50BU) and its charging port broke. So we bought a new single camera monitor system and can't seem to get the old cameras to pair with the Parent Unit. The new camera is the same model and the parent Unit is the same model number.

    Have camera mbp50pu. Camera only works while plugged in .how do i replace rechargeable battery. I need this so i can go outside and do work while my camera is with me so i can watch and hear if his ventilator or trach alarms go off.

      Hello Beena, please note that the MBP50 is not WiFi-compatible, the connection between the camera and parent unit works via FHSS which is a kind of radio frequency.     Hubble Support, we purchased this exact monitor one month ago. It worked fine until this afternoon. The unit will not power up (plugged or unplugged) the top lights will light up when plugged in, and the reset button does not do anything. For lack of a better term, the parent unit is dead/useless. Are there any step we can take to manually reset the unit, or do we need a replacement parent unit?

      Same issue. No fix. Garbage product and would never recommend. Motorola has gone in the shitter.

    Hey quick question. I have that monitor and 1 camera. I want to purchase an additional camera. Does it have to be the same exact camera, since i know motorola has other compatible cameras. Can I have 2 different motorola cams set up to this monitor?

      Hello Sabrina, if both units were paired before, then please try to pair it again to another slot like 3 or 4. Below I give you the instructions for adding a camera:
      1. Press the Menu button and the menu bar will pop up.
      2. Press the RIGHT button until Camera icon is highlighted, and the del/add/view/scan menu will pop up.
      3. Press the +UP button or -DOWN button to select ADD, and press the OK button to confirm.
      4. CAM 1/ CAM 2/ CAM 3/ CAM 4 will pop up, press the +UP button or -DOWN button to select the desired CAM, and press the OK button to start searching for a camera unit. The green audio level LED will flash rapidly while searching.
      5. Press and hold the PAIR button under the baby unit until the parent unit finds the camera, beeps and the camera picture appears.

    Hello! Is there a way to reset the monitor? The cameras work perfectly but today my monitor itself kept turning off even though it’s charged. The lights on the top are all on but I can’t see anything. Can I reset it? If so, how? Thank you!

      1) Reset the monitor.

      • On the monitor's left side by the volume key, you should see a small reset pinhole.
      • Using a pin, or something small enough to fit inside, press and hold in the reset button until your monitor powers itself off.
      • After what can take up to a minute, your monitor should then power itself back on. This will indicate that the reset has been completed successfully. You can now pair your camera back to the unit.
      2) Reset the camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera to the parent unit.
      3) To add (pair) a camera:

      2. Press the < LEFT button or > RIGHT button until the camera is highlighted, and the DEL/X ADD/+ VIEW or SCAN menu will pop up.

      4. Camera 1, 2, 3, or 4 will pop up, press the + UP button or - DOWN button to select the desired camera, and press the OK button to start searching for a camera unit. The green audio level LED will flash rapidly while searching.
      5. Press and hold the PAIR button underneath the Baby Unit until the Parent Unit finds the camera, beeps, and the picture from the camera appears.

      Hello Marc,
      You can try resetting the units with the following steps:
      Parent Unit: With the parent unit plugged in, turn it on, insert a paperclip or something small enough that fits inside into the reset hole above the power port. The parent will reset, turn itself off and back on.
      Baby Unit: With the baby unit plugged in, turn it off or unplug it. Press and hold the pair button while turning it on or plugging in. Continue to hold the Pair button until a long beep is heard. This may take up to 30 seconds.

      Hello Pete, to activate the split-screen:
      1. Press the Menu button and the menu bar will pop up.
      2. Press the < LEFT button or > RIGHT button until the icon with 4 squares is highlighted.
      3. Press+ UP button or - DOWN button to select Split Screen On / Off.
      4. When the Split Screen function is On, you can press the < LEFT button/ > RIGHT button/ + UP button/ - DOWN button to switch between cameras to hear the audio from the selected camera.

    Camera will not pair. The camera has a blue light that keeps blinking but I keep getting “pairing fail.” I have unplugged and restarted both the camera and the monitor multiple times. Help

      Hello! I suggest resetting all units and then trying to pair it to slot 4, if it's then still not working, please reach out to us at supportus@hubbleconnected.com
      I will provide the steps below:
      Parent unit plugged in:
      • On the left side of the monitor by the volume key you should see a small reset pin hole.
      • Using a pin, or something small enough to fit inside, press and hold in the reset button until your monitor powers itself off.
      • After what can take up to a minute, your monitor should then power itself back on. This will indicate that the reset has been completed successfully. You can now pair your camera back to the unit. (If it does not turn on automatically, please do it again and have the parent unit plugged in during this!)
      We will also try resetting the Camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to re-pair the camera to the Parent unit.

    Hi
    My camera is not getting reset
    I tried as same process for reset but when i start its blue light is showing and after reset also blue light there is no any light coming, on - off all the time only blue light coming and its not blinking just stuck on blue light and its not working is unit
    How can I reset it and add it again in unit.
    I tried to add cam 2 but its coming pair FAIL
    Plz help

      I am sorry to hear you ran into issues to setup your camera. Make sure to reset them with the units plugged in. Also, here are some basic tips to help you with the setup:
      • During setup ideally your Hubble camera, your mobile device and your router are all within a 1-meter range.
      • If you use a dual-band router you'd need it to connect to the 2.4GHz band. The Hubble camera cannot connect when it's set to 5GHz.
      • If you have any special characters or blank spaces in your WiFi password (SSID), please take those out.

      @@TheHorus786 You're most welcome. And my apologies, indeed the MBP50 is not WiFi-connected and cannot be used with the app. My bad!
      I suggest you try to reset the units again. Please make sure they're plugged in when you try so:
      1) Reset the monitor.
      • On the monitor's left side by the volume key, you should see a small reset pinhole.
      • Using a pin, or something small enough to fit inside, press and hold in the reset button until your monitor powers itself off.
      • After what can take up to a minute, your monitor should then power itself back on. This will indicate that the reset has been completed successfully. You can now pair your camera back to the unit.
      2) Reset the camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera to the parent unit.
      3) To add (pair) a camera:
      1. Press the MENU button, and the menu bar will pop up.
      2. Press the < LEFT button or > RIGHT button until the camera is highlighted, and the DEL/X ADD/+ VIEW or SCAN menu will pop up.
      3. Press the + UP button or - DOWN button to select add, and press the OK button to confirm.
      4. Camera 1, 2, 3, or 4 will pop up, press the + UP button or - DOWN button to select the desired camera, and press the OK button to start searching for a camera unit. The green audio level LED will flash rapidly while searching.
      5. Press and hold the PAIR button underneath the Baby Unit until the Parent Unit finds the camera, beeps, and the picture from the camera appears.

    3 minutes after unboxing these I could tell they're overpriced garbage. Terrible setup and the instructions are only good for toilet paper. Would give negative stars if I could.
