Everyone’s hating on these but I got them over AirPods Pro’s and the Beats Studio buds because I love the fit and the sound, you can adjust the eq if it’s not to your taste out of the box and idk why people don’t do it
I got them expecting them to be part of the Apple eco system. Just disappointed that they are not. I only realised the amount of times I switched between devices with headphones on until I had to keep pairing them up manually.
Great review. Glad to see how they do with gym workouts. Only thing... not a fair measure to hold their performance to a flight when the pair doesn't come with ANC.
the major con on these is when they stay on for too long. Particularly if you wear glasses. This will clamp on your head in a painful way. Oh, and if you adjust the length of the headphone itself it would be kind of loose and might fall. TIP: As someone who own both of this and the pros, DO NOT leave them charging longer than an hour! The board will get FRIED the moment you remove them from charging. Remember that if you charge these the heat within the device will significantly increase(I noticed it upon touching the side where the usb c is located). I suggest that you use their own cable and an iphone charging brick for lower voltage.
I have the black solo 3 model and they fall off if I look down! 😆 Love the headphones but it's just not for all day use! Edit: you say no ear detection. I have to say that should never have even been a feature. I want to pause them music myself!! Apple Bluetooth features generally piss me off! You forgetting to turn the headphones off and blaming the headphones is not just frustrating. OMG
I used a pair of Under armour jbl headphones used them for 6 months and one speaker stopped working took them back and got a discount on the beats solo 3. I enjoyed the Beata till the top head rubber started coming off. After a while got a replacement pair. Now I'm more aware of the rubber band coming off and ended up gluing it. Was hoping the solo 4 would of come with a better design on that and obviously ANC
Everyone hates on beats for not having ear detection and having to power them off. How hard is it to push a button? Not being ugly, but that’s just not an important spec for me. At all. It takes literally one second. Not much effort lol
I know this video is five months old, but I tired of my Apple AirPods in the gym. And I want to go buy these tomorrow black Friday because they're only $99 on sale lol. But I do intense cardio and sweat a a lot during my two hour workout daily. Thank you for this review. I'm gonna go buy these and try them out. Tomorrow.
The deal breaker for me is just how cheep it looks, sounds, and feels. There isn’t noise cancellation or ear detection which isn’t great either. The only plus is the sound( which you can get from many other headphones), the size, and the case.
Hi, would you be able to tell me which headphones sound better between the Beats Solo 4 and studio pro? I recently went to a target to test out the sound and the solo 4 sounded better but I wasn’t able to mess with any of the settings. I’m wondering if the noise transparency might’ve been on making them sound different.
I tried the Solo 4 coming from the Solo 3 and they sounded terrible to me. Bass gone, harsh sound. Got rid of them immediately. Get the Solo 3 instead while you still can, great bass, great impact, and a smoothed off highs that never fatigue or leave my ears ringing at max volume. I've been through enough audiophile headphones to know these are a safe choice for overall enjoyment of music. I recommend they are amped though the passive analog port though when it comes to proper listening, wireless audio is universally lacking, the Solo 3 with Dragonfly Black is a great match.
I was gifted the solo3 2 yrs ago. Great little headphones for the gym. Although they sound fine, but i noticed right away the "lack" of bass. Maybe its just me being used too and trying to compare them to sony's bass headphones which do rattle your eardrums. I was looking forward to giving the solo4 a try. But maybe ill just save my $ then and just stick with the solo3
I'm a boomer and the life today is just too easy on you guys. Can't remember to turn it off, is just an issue of modernity. In my day 80s-90s we had to remember phone numbers, addresses and more 🤣
The Beats Solo headphones are bad, you can hear constant squeaking and creaking from inside, while jogging. I have put wd40 in the rails, but not helped. it is not possible to remove the ear pads unless you twist the ear pieces of the headphones. Squeaking just can't get of it. Bad buy for 300€!
Soundcore q20i model is better.... I mean it has BOSE level of sound quality WITH even more subwoofer bass than JBL and Beats.... Oh yes and ANC, and transparency !!! Get Soundcores and you'll never want any other kind of headphones!!!
Massive thanks we reached 14K Subs 🙏 I hope you enjoy this one.
Which headphone should we review next?
Gen 2 Jabra Elite Active 8’s. 🙏🏼

Guess I'm old fashioned since I take it upon myself to turn my things off and not expect them to do it on their own 😂.
You a good man 👏. We getting all to reliable with this tech
Wow this is the type of review that I have been looking for. Thank you so much.
Welcome!! hope you stick around 🤙
As soon as you said , no noise cancellation that did it for me Especially when I'm having a bad day with anxiety. And I need to go out
Noise cancelling helps so much when my anxiety is ruining my day. That silence is golden.

@@DipsyMum29 I will say that is a problem I have but I usually use them for drumming and for that they’re perfect
I just ordered the gold matte finish can’t wait for mine tomorrow

Hey man, great video editing. I enjoyed your video and thoughts on the Beats.
Glad you enjoyed it bro!
Did you trying running with them? Do they stay in place or not?

Nice review, thanks! Can I please ask you what’s the model and color of that 47 Brand cap?
Which one? my red cap??? amzn.to/3W5x8bH

Dude there aint no way your first strike was because you didn't turn them off 😂
Ridiculous lol
Yeah, I’m going to have to make sure I’ll turn them off by pressing disconnect.
Is the studio pro good for working out?
much better if it doesn’t have noise cancellation because if there’s an emergency or circumtances like shooting you can hear immediately!
Love My Solo 4ss💯©️
Are there any on ear headphones with great noise canceling?
What about not having sweat resistance? Is that gonna be a big issue? I sweat lol
Yes same here!
Great vid
Can you not just press the button to pause them as you’re taking them off?😂
100 bucks just got mine
Same. Picked up today

Can you do solo 3 video like this
I'm a boomer and the life today is just too easy on you guys. Can't remember to turn it off, is just an issue of modernity. In my day 80s-90s we had to remember phone numbers, addresses and more 🤣
I’m from Gen Z and I think it’s ridiculous to be complaining about little things like noise cancellation and ear detection and not turning it off. 😂
No noise canceling? Not good. I hate gym music. I'll ke3p using my Technic earbuds
Just send the beats to me 🙄
👏🏾👏🏾
Flex made a cameo 🐶

Different price different features different tastes
The solo 4s aren't "missing" features, there are in the solo pro. apple wants you to buy those. And the studio pro just suck
In India it’s way too much costly it’s almost 400USD.
Who takes their music off in between sets? Dude is just looking for problems with the headphones. 🤷♂️
Waiting for your Apple watch OS 11 reaction
Oh! My goodness, I would never buy these because of the clicking noise they make when adjusting!! Can you spell 'nit picking'?? LOL!
I have the solo 3 and theres more bass on the solo 3's then solo 4
They hurt my eat SO BAD
beats solo pro were better than these in every way, except for the lightning port....
