I have a Dell R7910 2U chassis with 8x2.5" SATA (no SAS hardware). The MB went bad and I just got a R730xd MB (cheapest 13th gen MB I could find). How can I change/upgrade to the 24 x 2.5" drive cages and SAS?

I assume the HBA330 can do JBOD?
Do any of the other cards allow JBOD?

You need an "xd" chassis to accomplish this.
