The Chaosweavers as end game content in comparison to prime war was so underwhelming a word doesn't exist to do it justice, it's like they gave us a target dummy that doesn't tell you the total.. took away all geographical variance by making everything revolve around the tower, economy is borked because everyone has everything.. end game goal of 20 wonders I bet there wasn't a server in existence with less than 100 two weeks before the goal opened up. Even the fact CW were immune to status seemed more aimed at hiding how unstable to game was than anything, I couldn't even shoot a dummy without consistent 1second long hangs where no status effects would happen 🤣
I think an issue is here is that they're treating all players as if they're still new players, when the game barely gets any new players now. It's only mostly the vets that remain that have an abundance of everything from the previous scenarios, have upgraded gear and simply know how to get everything easy. There is no challenge whatsoever to ANYONE playing the game. Even on hard mode we'd still have an easy time. I'm not saying to make the game hard... but at least make people work for it a little bit?
They need to make food recipes that are good for each build in WoW. For Bomber my option was import corn seeds for popcorn or import beet seeds for assorted fruit can and then go burger + silver axe and spend hours chopping trees for coconuts. If it's your first scenario, then "sucks to suck".
Really like the way you bring up the good and the bad and that you have a level headed argument about it all in a calm and logical manner. I agree with basically all you brought up in the video. I thoroughly enjoyed to explore the WoW map and clearing the content but as you I think I am not going back to this scenario for a long time. It felt a bit underwhelming and empty, the chaosweavers where just meeeh and boring bullet sponges that really made me not care. Now I am back in manibus with my hive and we are looking forward to play it again. I played since CBT2 so for me it will be the 4th time playing this scenario. But it is a good scenario and it is the one they worked the most on. I wish they will put the same effort into the future scenarios. Anyway I really like the game and I am here to play it for as long as it will be around.
POE2 will come out to early access in two weeks right around the time when scenario end in my server... Once human is good game when you are waiting for another game. I think best way to enjoy the game is play it with slow pace cause you getting nothing if try to hurry up to endgame and I think endgame really need some improvements. So far I only played manibus 3x so I wanna try some other scenario base of what are you saying I will try one from pvp.
Literally this. Once you reach endgame you pretty much have nothing to do in the game. While you're still leveling up and unlocking stuff, it's pretty fun but once you reach level 50? Yeah, it's over. Taking it slow and taking your time is the way to play to really draw out the fun parts.
I play exclusively for the story. Everything else is a gear treadmill or money pit. As soon as I finish the story, there's nothing left. Why do I need to grind gear if I already chased off Igna and beat his henchmen? I fought 1 chaosweaver, and I never built a tower. Why? They were not needed to complete the story. Why would I want to dump resources into these things if it doesn't actually advance the goal of the Mayflies I do actually enjoy the Seasonal Goals too though. Base building is fun as well as collecting cosmetic items for character/base. Maybe if chaosweavers dropped cosmetics, I would be more inclined to fighting them.
Yeah, the Thermal Towers are not relevant to the story. It's as if they forgot to add it into the story. And I hate that there's no climax. Did we ACTUALLY stop Igna? The Chaoseweavers just leave... did we stop him? Did we delay him for 5 minutes? We didn't kill him or anything like that. Like... where's the payoff? Honestly, I wish they'd focus on more cosmetic stuff for bases than their stupid lootboxes. I'm honestly not really a fan of most of the skins they sell. Give us more stuff to make bases cooler! I'm genuinely a fan of building bases and I wish they'd lean into it more.
I agree with you on everything about way of winter. The Chaosweavers were annoying but not really anything to worry about. I think I helped kill about 5 total, and then just ignored them. But would I replay way of winter? I would for one reason only, when it came to building up stock in seeds, it was easy with the tower buffs. So if I was busy and didnt have a lot of time to play for a few weeks, way of winter is ideal. No need to worry about acid farming, oil farming, or stardust farming with it. But just so boring compared to manibus. As a side note, I wish they would have had different bosses from the other scenarios. Even the freaking silos were the same lay out, with slightly different things in them that just felt boring.
Yeah, I'm still glad we got 2 silos that were unique, and it really set the tone... only to be disappointing when the next silo I did was the same once from Manibus with just a slightly different structure. One of them has the same fridge boss with a slightly different gimmick even! I can see the usefulness of what you describe but doing an entire scenario just for seeds, as you can't even transfer the acid or any of the other materials to the new scenario, seems a bit too much for me xD
Honestly, they have such a fun opportunity to play with the weather. The world is basically borked after Starfall, right? So weather can happen anywhere and of all sorts and it'll make sense for the setting. I'd want more crazy weathers and biomes as it can all be explained very easily!
I think the chaosweaver was a way to make all people join to destroy a thing together to be faster , well if the reward is good sure its worth it . If not yeah it kinda sucks , it should idk make mini clones , and put lava in the ground or ice if is ice one and grab the player up like the forsaken something that makes you scared to die and lose the reward in the end
The issue with Chaos Weavers is that the rewards suck, because they're the same generic reward as any other boss gives you, and that there is no fail state. Nothing happens if you ignore it. If you live next to it's spawn point, then it sucks for you. But if you don't, for example like me since my base isn't near any spawn point, I can literally ignore it forever. Once again, once you complete the phase goal, no one has ANY reason to fight the Weavers. It was the same issue with the Prime Wars, but with the PW at least it was mildly entertaining.
Fought one weaver and I was good. Props to my server mates, y’all are the real mvps 😂 hide system and map aesthetic were the big wins for me. Did not like the weather or chaos weavers. Weather just got super annoying and by the time I realized I was dying it was too late. They need to make it clearer… I got it down at the end but I was over it by then
Yeah, I don't think we need a super complicated weather system but the way it was made here made it a bit more annoying than it should've been. I adore the map aesthetic though! Wintery lands is my jam. The hide system is a really good thing that I loved and I hope they expand on it and don't just leave it as is. And weavers are just annoying bullet sponges. Really, the real MVPs are the server mates xD Ain't no freaking way I'll be fighting dozens of those sponges xD
I participated in the surveys and one of them had questions which asked about what types of product placement in the game would be appropriate. It looks like the future development will focus on revenue generation and corporate partnerships to inject advertising into the game. Doesn’t bode well for what direction the devs will steer the game.
It's a free to play game. They have to make money somehow. They already have battlepasses, shops and lootboxes so I'm not surprised at all that they'll shove product placement in it to make money. But if the game is actually good and the content is thought out, I think players don't really care all that much. Problem is, the game CAN be good, I see the potential. But so far the content is NOT really well thought out.
after phase 3, yeah, it became boring. i was also disappointed with the discount event. only for new items. i was ready to spend again, then wtf! the new items are not interesting for me. but i have to give credit for ne for creating a beautiful map. especially with the dynamic snow weather. i think this is the first game i played where there's a dynamic snow. most games, there are only fixed areas with snow biome. but in wow, the normal areas can be covered by snow also when there's cw nearby. and it covers a very wide area. also includes the snow fx on vegetation & trees. then vice-versa if cw is gone.
Yeah, some of the things are really good! I like how the CW change the environments... but I wish they'd actually be a fun boss fight or did more than just change the weather for a bit. The map is definitely beautiful and I loved exploring it. I'm a big fan of the northern aesthetics so they did a fine job there!
You can breed animals for specific hides, but it is slow and rewarding in a lon run. You have to setup your barn and just visit it at least once per day to provide some food and water to your pets. Way of winter is the best scenario for that coz tower provide some buffs for plants and animals so when you bored - hunt and breed. Than you can bring your best breeds to the next scenario and benefits from them at the beginning Also defending your own tower provides you resonance mods that you are unable to obtain anywhere else in this scenario( in evolution call you do not have this opportunity at all). But in the end you are right there is a huge area for improvements such as discovering CW coordinates, gather some intel about spawns and unlocking some global events, right now its pretty raw and boring
Yeah, I've heard that you can maximize the gain from the breeding but... yeah, I honestly haven't seen a single person on my server bother with it. The upkeep required vs what you get from it is just not worth it for most players. Do you NEED the better hides? Are they THAT worth it? To be honest? Not really. I and many others were fine with regular hides. The benefits from using the special hides are pretty marginal and outside Way of Winter they're even less useful since temperature is not a thing there. Right now the upkeep vs the benefit for animal farming is just not worth it for most players. Though honestly, if there was a different model for all the different animal hides, I'd honestly just capture them for the sake of making a cool zoo. That will be a cool thing to show off!
@@Comrade_Del Its mostly for minmaxers who wants to optimize their builds at very top, cow hides in the mask - provides physical damage, wasteland wolf hide provides stamina and sprint speed on pants and chest) So it benefits not only against weather, but it depends if you need it or not, as long as it needs only initial animal catching you can maintain the rest in a background like oil or acid farms. RN Im only need snapshot lvl 5 diviation and there is nothing to do other than waiting finishing phases. For the zoo there is restriction 6 pets for territory, lol xD #noWaytoenjoyTheWinter
They could actually revork phase system: make so all map and dungeons, including pro, are available from day 1 so that way u might aswell start grindind top mods and hit max lvl same day, and after that only login for weekly purification/high risk events/story/etc. casuals with limited time will play anyway but those with more time will be able to rush content and save time on usless waiting downtime .. cause well after u play scenario 1 time all next playthro becomes a booring waiting game .. otherwise u might aswell join the server, just join random puri each week to get starchrome and wait for it to hit phase 4 so you can do all content in few days ..
In my server we already had people who got to level 50 in the first week... so yeah, for them it was just waiting and doing nothing. At least this was a new scenario so there was new places to explore and some things to do but if they have to do it again? Yeah, they might get too bored.
@@veladarney Nah, nothing like that. I mean give me a game that I'll need to play to get things in it. Right now, I can log in once a week for 10 minute, get rewards and leave until the next phase. Shit, I don't even need to level up or actually play the game to do that. I can spawn in, quit, and come back a total of 4 times and still get a bunchload of starchrom.
On the topic of animal skin. I was on the impression of different animal on different climate, give different skin. Like the reindeer at the low level give +5 cold resistance. Then when you go to more cold area the reindeer give better skin for the current and the next cold area. But no, it was rng based.
That's what I thought as well!!! I thought to myself, oh right, up the mountain is colder so I bet animals there give you better hides! So I stocked up on warming items and foods, got up there, killed some deer and got disappointed. I honestly think it would've made hunting animals so much more engaging and really, all it would require is changing some loot tables and reskinning a couple of models. It's not THAT hard...
Yeah, this one was the dumbset thing. If you're hiping up new elemental mechanics... uh, give us a reason to use it? But yeah, the phase pacing is dumb af.
I'll be honest, their main player base at this point isn't really casual. So many people in my server are tryharding xD We had people at lvl 50 on the first week and the majority of the server got to lvl 30 by the end of it. Either way, the simple and easy option can be two things. Simplistic because it works just fine... or in this case, lazy because they just didn't want to spend more time refining and building it. Even casual gamers appreciate a cool, well planned thing.
@@Comrade_Del yeah, it really is obvious the game was rushed in development, the some of the features and basic gameplay are copied and pasted from other Netease's other games and other lazy slop games like the early PUBG, the most obvious one are the vehicles having only one gear audio. having said that, their goal is to have more players, since this game is very F2P friendly having a large amount of playerbase is necessary. 30K total monthlyconcurrent players is VERY low for a F2P friendly game, i mean look at Genshin Impact having 70million+ monthly players with that (hypothetically) the Company only need 13% of their players to pay $5 for a monthly sub to earn their highest profit of $135m. doesn't include battlepass sales and the 0.02% who actually buys the premium currency. Genshin's monthly profit ranges from $8m-135m Monthly so the average would be somewhere around $40m Globally. for what it's worth having higher skill ceiling will Drive potential players away hence why they turned down the difficulty.
@@Comrade_Del it was Clear that Manibus was thought out correctly because it's within their development and Winter was Rushed to please the people who wanted more content regardless of quality (i think you said this already)
@@ArjentaSilverwing Yeah... but Once Human is not a gacha waifu game. Honestly, they should take cues from Genshin if I were to be honest. Once Human maintained around 150K players for nearly two months and for a f2p game that is basically an early access title? That's really good. But yes, now it's 30K players. It dropped significantly and it only proves that I was on to something. I made the first vid about this game back when it had 150K concurrent players and I predicted that the people are going to start leaving soon. Before WoW came out, the numbers were at 40K. Once WoW released, they jumped back up to 80K for exactly a week before they dropped back down to the previous numbers and now to 30K. Basically, this update brough SOME people back... but they didn't stay. Saying the game would be better in a couple years is a bit of an issue when it's unclear if it'll even have any players within a year.
Yes, you bring it to a point, all what I do phase to phase is to WAIT for the next phase... There is NOTHING to do.... Grind, Grind, Grind,,,,, Nothing more... But to go out to grind materials is not everything.... The Devs doesnt unterstand.... If I will be through all scenarios, I ask myself, if I will continue the game... A New scenario is interesting, but boring after reaching max level.... To reach max level is all interesting... Bulding the perfect base is endgame for me, but after I have a stylisch finished base, the game is over for me... boring..... All what the devs bring is "buy stuff in our store - rest is a stretched boring gametime..... The world seems DEATH... if there will be hords of enemies sometimes like in Days gone - great! But it isnt....the game idear is great, but the devs not put work into the endgame - absolut not ! And like all games. If there is NO ENDGAME, the game is at his end, after reaching max level....
Yeah, there is no Endgame. You reach final level around phase 2... but you have 2 more phases to go with nothing interesting to do. That's what I mean. They need to make the other phases give you something to do! In other games once you reach the endgame, you go around getting the cool endgame gear and upgrading it... but you don't have cool endgame gear and nothing to upgrade. There is... barely anything to do.
Once Human was in development in China for over three years before its global launch. The time that the game needs, that you speak of, is a farce, I fear, especially given how much time they've already had, the fact they had the entire map done before it launched globally, and their hyperfocus on cosmetic sales. From how it appears so far, they will likely stretch out the release of all the content that's already prepared for as long as possible, to maximize the time available to encourage purchases.
Yeah, I've mentioned that in a previous video. The devs are waaay too focused on the lootboxes and maximizing monetary gain. I mean, it keeps the lights and servers on, that's understandable but at this point it feels like they're neglecting the actual game...
@@Comrade_Del Well, game developmentally speaking, it's a lot easier to build a couple new skins and implement them into the game than it is to build an entire new scenario, test it, re-test it, put it on the servers and then, elimiate the bugs that pop up cos the life system's never 100% exactly like the QA system and the slight differences can lead to issues (spoken as someone who does software testing herself and has had that exact issue pop up more than once). Add to it that, every time there's a new scenario, everyone and their Aunt Edna seems to be b*tching about how bad it is and how buggy it is and how much it sucks, I can't blame the devs for wanting to play it safe and not release any new scenario until a) the existing ones are optimized as much as they can be and b) until the new scenario is as good as they possibly can get it so fewer people will be b*tching about it. Mind you, people still will find something to b*tch about cos people just suck, plain and simple.
@@veladarney As I've said in the vid, you can't please everyone. That's just impossible. Someone will always bitch and moan about things. All I'm saying is that I can see the care and effort that goes into the lootbox skins and items... and how so many things in the scenarios are simplistic that could definitely use more love.
the problem is that 99% of new content is just going on the easier side of thigns always, why we didn't had to defend thermal tower? why when it reaches 100% of chaosium waste nothing changes? why chaosweavers are so simple? no mechanic, everything is just very simple.
Yeah, they treat us as though we're brand new players when in reality, I'm pretty sure only the vets have stayed in the game and barely any new players are showing up. We all know how everything works and there's not really anything that could challenge us by this point.
Like I said, the game would be damn good in like a year or so when we will have like 4-6 scenarios to choose from. Right now we only got 2 and one of them is kinda boring. They need to make what they have no more engaging and fun and keep up with that!
Winter scenario is a joke 😂 i just left the game and didnt bother to login until the season is over 😂 And the hide and temperature mechanics is somehow affect manibus, evo, and prismverse as well. Now people can troll and kill other player using molotov on any scenario 😂
Start to thing maybe Dev know this scenario suck, run of idea, thats why they give us alot of starcrom. All they brain full of loot crate idea instead of game content.
I stop playing the winter as it was just annoyingly repetitive and I keep playing manibus. Butt even manibus and winter both have lousy loot drops for the mats you really need. Job-boring.
it sucked, period. Having to make food every single time you log on because of the weather? A chore beyond a chore. Logging on and being in a temperature either too cold or too hot and dying before you can do anything, yeah that's fun. I don't wanna deal with this area again. It's such a small area, i don't see any reason why they would make players come back to it, Manibus so far is far more superior but the fact that the season after this winter one is just going to be manibus but on hard mode? What the hell? No new content, just raise the difficulty, how lazy can you be? Players have nothing new to go to in this upcoming season at all.
I'm of the same mind. Raising difficulty = not new content and so far it's the only thing they're offering. Granted, with the way of winter once I got 2 sets of gear for both temperature extremes I never died to it again, but I HAVE been through the frustrating cycle that you described. It's really hard to nail down a good balance on survival mechanics to make it challenging and not frustrating at the same time but sometimes I questioned whether they even tried with this one...
It was really weirdly balanced too. I logged in and was able to carry over pretty much all I needed to clear all the content. Then as each phase unlocked, I pretty much logged in, most achievements were already done, claimed the starcrom, checked my oil and acid farms, and had nothing to do. Completely ignored animal farming (again), completely ignored thermal towers, tried Zone of Haze once solo, got up to last boss, but as I had completed all the other content, didn't bother with it again. This was most phases and I was playing other games more than OH tbh. I have come to the conclusion, after Manibus Novice, Manibus HM, and WoW novice, that being able to carry over so much stuff (deviations, blueprints, mining tools, etc) completely breaks the game. It's too easy off the jump. Or the seasons need to be harder. And as we get more stuff, that power creep only increases. I almost feel they have to scrap all our stuff each season - ALL OF IT (except cosmetics obvs) - but make it easier to get items (deviations, weapons, weapon mods, gear mods) each season. Maybe RNG the locations of the mystic crate recipes. It's weird. I am enjoying the game LESS the more I play, and the more "stuff" I acquire, because it trivializes the game. Also WoW's map was too small and had way too few town, bases and locations to clear out. Manibus was great for that. I am seriously considering just not playing till another new scenario is added.
I'm honestly in the same boat. I kinda realized the same thing when on day 5 of the Phase 1 of WoW I met a lvl 50 player... like, people were reaching max level before the first week of the scenario was over. By this point, some players have minmaxed the shit out of the game and they know exactly how to maximize everything so letting them carry stuff over trivialized the entire game for them. And yes... as you've noticed, you don't really even need to play the game to get all the silly rewards! You could literally login once a week and get the rewards and not do shit. That is... silly design. That's what I mean when I say they need to focus on making the phases more engaging to make people WANT to do the activities.
No, the seasons do not need to be harder. At least not for the more casual players like myself. I'm really glad they aren't harder than they are cos if they were, the game wouldn't be funf or me anymore and I'd probably stop playing. Or keep making new characters so I could re-play the Manibus Novice scenario over and over again. Maybe some ultra-hardmode servers for die-hard players like you might work, where you really have to start from scratch since you can't take anything with you from the last season?
Even manibus wasn't super interesting. It was enough to keep my interest piqued, but they mustn't do worse than manibus or the game will just go downhill.
Exactly! The game would be a lot more interesting once they have like 4-6 scenarios, but what matters NOW is to ensure that the players stay and I feel the way to do it is by making engaging and entertaining scenarios. Yeah, Manibus is not a masterpiece by any means of the word, but I at least had more fun with the Prime Wars than with the stupid Chaos Weavers. Building artillery walls and firing at the bosses with everyone felt more fun than just standing there and shooting outside the boss's range or dying from fucking low or high temperature.
Make each scenario 3-4 weeks. Introduce expert and higher difficulties. Get less farming mats. fix W2W- change it to attack on titan. Have CWs attack the Towns and we need to protect it.
That's an already more engaging idea to be honest! Add a failure state! If you fail, you can't sell or buy stuff in the town or something. Or you can't use it as a teleporter. Gives incentive to people to protect the towns!
Pve is also for casual players... 3-4 weeks is nothing for someone that plays 2 days a week. Same goes for CW attaking bases. It is not an obtion for casuals and pve players. They just need to add more content and more difficult content. Also more stuff to farm for pve players to collect like skins and formulas dropping from silos, monoliths and events. More enganging events with unique rewards anndd a big reward like a costume or something for completting all phase goals.
the thing is, if they decide to make 3-4 weeks atleast give player faster way to level up to. because most of my friend quit because they have to level up again and again and its really boring to do.
WOW put the final nail in the coffin for me and my 50+ warban / discord clan. Once human just keeps dropping the ball and everyone is sick of it. The wipes are not good, the bugs are terrible, the pvp is so trash with no real good engaging PVP and terrible war system. The builds are overly time consuming to put together and way to limited (Bingo wildfire just being way over powered and everything else being mostly mid) and of course the obnoxious lag.
Yeah, it's why I never bothered with PVP. I've talked to enough people playing on the PVP servers to know what sort of hellscape it could be. Between the ungodly lags, most of the builds are basically one-shot things that kill you in one shot or in one second. There's not skill needed besides being the first one to shoot.
@ Biggest problem with build in PvP is there’s not really much options at the top level. You have to run savior set to live otherwise yes you will die in only a few shots and 100% will be oneshot by bingo. The devs don’t know how to balance for PvP worth shit.
And that's the biggest problem the game has. By definition, it would be good in like a year or two when it has a bunch of scenarios... but they're not doing anything to hold on to the players they have NOW to ensure they have them LATER.
On point bro good video I felt the same way
They need to make food recipes that are good for each build in WoW. For Bomber my option was import corn seeds for popcorn or import beet seeds for assorted fruit can and then go burger + silver axe and spend hours chopping trees for coconuts.
If it's your first scenario, then "sucks to suck".

Love the music choice! Nice vibe.
The turrets r not working
You can breed animals for specific hides, but it is slow and rewarding in a lon run. You have to setup your barn and just visit it at least once per day to provide some food and water to your pets. Way of winter is the best scenario for that coz tower provide some buffs for plants and animals so when you bored - hunt and breed. Than you can bring your best breeds to the next scenario and benefits from them at the beginning
Also defending your own tower provides you resonance mods that you are unable to obtain anywhere else in this scenario( in evolution call you do not have this opportunity at all).
So, basically - turn it into a game for people who got no life outside of gaming? Thx, I think I'll pass.
Did you hear that?
😂😂😂😂
Stupid NPCs
Wow finally finished and now they give us a different edit for the start menu😅
No endgame content. phase 2,3,4 is almost same. Seasonal weapon is fire and frost but cahaosweawer ignore element dmg.
Yeah, this one was the dumbset thing. If you're hiping up new elemental mechanics... uh, give us a reason to use it? But yeah, the phase pacing is dumb af.
Them choosing the Simple and Easy option for systems is plain simple.
that's 90%+ of gamers which are casuals.
@@Comrade_Del 100%
the problem is that 99% of new content is just going on the easier side of thigns always, why we didn't had to defend thermal tower? why when it reaches 100% of chaosium waste nothing changes? why chaosweavers are so simple? no mechanic, everything is just very simple.
Yeah, they treat us as though we're brand new players when in reality, I'm pretty sure only the vets have stayed in the game and barely any new players are showing up. We all know how everything works and there's not really anything that could challenge us by this point.
You are absolutely correct last looking fucking boring.
But I love this game. Need more scenario.
Like I said, the game would be damn good in like a year or so when we will have like 4-6 scenarios to choose from. Right now we only got 2 and one of them is kinda boring. They need to make what they have no more engaging and fun and keep up with that!
Winter scenario is a joke 😂 i just left the game and didnt bother to login until the season is over 😂
And the hide and temperature mechanics is somehow affect manibus, evo, and prismverse as well. Now people can troll and kill other player using molotov on any scenario 😂
Yeah, the unintended side effects of not thinking through how your new mechanics will be used by everyone xD
Start to thing maybe Dev know this scenario suck, run of idea, thats why they give us alot of starcrom. All they brain full of loot crate idea instead of game content.
Problem is that there isn't really even anything to spend the Starchrom on xD
That's why they wanted to do wipes in the first place but too many people complained. Lol
Building artillery walls and firing at the bosses with everyone felt more fun than just standing there and shooting outside the boss's range or dying from fucking low or high temperature.
the game needs to do a final fantasy, restart and rebuild, the servers feel so dead, and steamcharts reflect the decline
Done with game. Good while it lasted. Back to destiny.
@@danfroz5554what do you mean dude? Commissions give large amount of exp.

Way of Winter was boring and a big step backwards.
I very much doubt this game will be around in 2 years.
And that's the biggest problem the game has. By definition, it would be good in like a year or two when it has a bunch of scenarios... but they're not doing anything to hold on to the players they have NOW to ensure they have them LATER.
Manibus is way better
I did have more fun in Manibus, not going to lie. Feels more fleshed out and engaging.
