The plugin is unfortunately very unimpressive. The rhythm is good, a little too dark for my taste but workable. Lead is solid considering it's a darker amp sim, but the cleans are AWFUL and the effects are very eh.
Torn Horizon - No, of course that was not aimed at you (I should made it more clear as to whom I was replying to, my apologies). MrMisterMan was who that comment was made for... Torn Horizon - Jason Richardson has completely changed the way guitarists can look at actually playing the guitar in this modern genre of low-tuning and djent styles. Especially in the more technical branches of melody and speed in Metal as a whole. Personally, I've learn't a lot just by studying his parts in 'Born Of Osiris - The Discovery' (still one of my top albums I never get bored with). 'Xiv' and 'Behold' just completely shattered what I thought a guitar could do in this genre. Referring to his first solo project 'I', Jason's natural sense of what note goes where, and his abstract, technical melodies just molds into something so phenomenally awesome, along with the brutal chunky tones he gets from his insane picking hand. I really admire what he has done with this instrument. Very much like what Steve Vai produced in his career of guitar playing, the way his brain could create the feel, sound, tone and melodies was just mind-blowing to me when I was growing up listening to my dad always playing his CD's in the car. 'Passion and Warfare' will always be my favorite album of his. More to point, Jason Richardson has serious talent and excels in the more technical playing, along with pure speed and accuracy. Looking forward to what he produces next! Have you seen Jason's documentary on his solo project?? I'll link it to you if you haven't...
SuperItalia494 no my apologies for making the mistake. but I totally agree with you, this guy is unreal. I would love to just learn some stuff, what genre is this, prog metal???
