@@tamazonx Not fuzzy enough for Saturn. 3D polygons always had that rough look on the Saturn. It was never a deal breaker for me though.

See, this is what I miss about in modern gaming which seems to only focus on realism that gaming from the 90s and mid 2000s had in strides: bright, and colorful worlds that sparked the imagination and really pushed you to keep playing.
Yeah, realism for the real world. The fantastic and the colourful for gaming.
yeah back in the 2000s we always pushed for games being realistic even if it harmed the fun of the game. I am glad we are passed that whole realism obsession
I like the idea of 200’s that’s clever I also think the same way, it’s giving me 2006 vibes.
hmmm yeah, but it's still lacking something from the 90s: the magic.
I don't know how to explain it, but most games back then had a very unique atmosphere or style which made it feel so magical.
Here, I just see some low-poly 3D, unimaginative level design, and none of that atmosphere/style I saw in the 90s.
I'd rather play Lomax on PS1, Nights on PS2, or Keio Flying Squadron 2 on Saturn.
Half of the games available today are pixel art based, what are you talking about here?

Yeah I’ve noticed a lot of games being made recently that have the same style as Megaman Legends, or at least match the style of those games that were around that era. I’m all for it honestly

Its so cool to see this game being developed by indie devs years ago on twitter to officially now be on Nintendos UA-cam channel.
This looks like the N64 Klonoa game we never got but very much wanted.

It feels like a game from the era of silly underrated DS games that are full of charm.
This art style, remind me of dinosaur king. For me, when it comes to a game that looks like a old Nintendo 64 game, rno PlayStation game, is a double-edged sword dream. Some games, might as well look new, instead of, looking like a old 90s game. There's a lot of debatable things, when it comes to games that look old, but it isn't. I get it, people are playing off of nostalgia, and it probably, cities on a lot of money, but I feel, just make a bright color game, just do that, but I do like the looks of this game. So, this game get Lucky for, because I like it. Also, I want to say I remember this game, but I don't, all because this is a new game that looks old, and that's one of the reasons, new games that look old, is a double-edged sword for me.

I played Frogun Encore. Beat it in a couple of hours. Honestly, I was disappointed that the levels didn't feel in depth as the original, I miss the Jake levels, too many reused boss battles, overworld was too basic, and miss that Renata's parents didn't return. I would stick to the original. The only thing I found better in the sequel is the mechanics.

@@Josuh a good few worlds in. i dont remember exactly how far but i remember thinking some of the platforning was weirdly finnicky, especially the further i got in the game. i stopped playing cuz it just got too frustrating to continue
