Rheumatologist would definitely keep a track of your liver & kidney while on treatment. Liver cirrhosis or damage not common under guidance. Avoid alcohol while on medications

After diagnosing AS in 2019.... rheumatologist gave saaz 500 and retoz 90 but due to Lack of knowledge I ate saaz and retoz 90 for 10 days only...after. That my AS pain stopped completely...I was in remission for 2 Years... Now I'm in slight/mild lower back pain... Now doctor gave Igurati 25 and retoz 90.. which are expensive... Igurati Is better than saaz ? And How to avoid Side effects of Igurati and retoz?
Sir i am hlab27 negative but I have AS , i have pain in my back and chest ribs cage. There is deep pain while sneezing and coughing in chest. I took sulphasalazine and tofacitinib but both of not worked. Doctor suggested me infliximab but dur to side effects i have not taken. I daily walks for half an hour and doing stretching exercises but no any improvement. Pls suggest me what to do i am tired of my life due to this pain.

Pl go ahead with infliximab. It is quite safe under supervision.
