Thank you for these 5 videos I watched them through then read the Ooznest instructions as I went through the build and came back to your videos when I wasnt 100% sure .
Hi Tommy, your a life saver on these videos, thank you! The only thing I can’t find is the spoil board video.

Thanks very much, I'm working on a spoilboard video at the moment I should have it within next few weeks. Its a little bit different not a normal spoilboard 🙂

Thanks Tommy
Thanks for your videos. I am only just getting into this. If you need an idea for a video, may be to show how to use the ooznest control software.

Thank you, I haven't been in the workshop for awhile but I have plans for more cnc videos and I will try cover the control panel in a video which will also include a control pendant for the workbee
Hi Tommy, how's things? Need to ask you a quick question about the cnc. Did you have any issues opening up the url link to see the control interface? It won't open for me.

Hi Steven, I didn't have any issues the control interface is only a Web browser page. Try entering the Web address manually is all I can suggest
Hello friend, I congratulate you on your video, I recently bought a Workbee 1515 and I am assembling it. I have a question where the x-axis limit switch is located. In some videos I see it on the left side but I have seen other videos that have it on the side. right and I have that big doubt, I would appreciate your help

Thank you , the x limit switch would be on the right side on an ooznest workbee which is the side it homes to.
Hi Tommy, Great video, thank you! I'm looking at purchasing this machine, possible 1x1.5 to use commercially. Can I ask if you opted for the Ooznest router or the Mifell and why?
2 роки тому
Hi Michael thanks for the compliment, I got the katsu and maffell for testing the Ooznest router wasn't available at the time. However if you are planning on running the machine for longer periods of time any trim router isn't designed for that kind of use where the maffell is designed to run none stop for long periods and its also alot quieter. My recommendation would be to go for the maffell motor. Oh and if you do decide to purchase please use the link in my video to the Ooznest site 🙂
Why don’t you include the connecting to the laptop and finding the software?
2 роки тому
Hi Tim, as I said in the video I didn't include connecting laptop etc because it will vary so much from user to user depending on windows operating system or apple etc and between a WiFi or ethernet version of the workbee. However I did find connecting my laptop very straightforward when following ooznests instructions.
Hi Fantastic video, definatly help me through the build, seem to have one small problem that you could possibly help me with, you say when you switch on the control panel for the workbee for the first time that it will ask you for the size of your machine, mine did not, as it is a second hand machine, so how to you go about setting the size this may ahce something to do with the reason the touch probe will not work as it keeps coming up with ( Upload the probe.g successful after 0s ) then ( M98Pprobe.g GO/G1:target position outside machine limits ) and will not perform the function any clues, any help will be much appreciated, Cheer Stu
ooznest should pay you for your instructional videos. you are very clear and make it easy to follow.
Thank you very much 🙂, maybe you should tell ooznest that 🤣🤣🤣

Congratulations Tommy, you have done a very tidy job on the build! It will be interesting to see what spoilerboard system you decide on.

Great videos on building these. I missed what you did with the router wiring.
Thank you. I ran the wire from the router directly to the ceiling and later ran it with the dust collection hose when I added it
Great Tommy
Thanks very much 🙂

Thank you again
Does this work with IOS software as used by Apple
As far as I know yes it compatible but I would suggest a quick email to sales@ooznest.co.uk to confirm 👍
How can it have 2y motors when it have only 1y axis on board ?
There is a lead screw on both sides of the y axis so 2 motors there is only one lead screw on the x so only 1 motor

Did you get to the bottom of this? Facing the same issue when setting up my machine.
