One of the best approaches to 'problems' I've come across. It fits nicely with my approach which has become 'what are the options? Where might they lead? What capabilities can we deploy to them?
Good video Mike. I’ve seen progress grind to a halt when stuck in the gray. Usually seems like a politically convenient answer is found rather than the right answer. These 5 questions can take that into account whilst steering us to a better outcome. 👍

Agreed - I like these questions because they include all aspects of a decision - including the technical, the political, and the ethical.
