Scott, My camera setup is a little different. One end of the Ethernet is hard wired directly to the camera. The other is plugged into the power cord. I do have the Y adapter like you have. Can I unplug that to go into my router and use a power cord that will connect to the male end of the other portion of the Y adapter? Then proceed with scanning my camera. Thank you for your video!

How do you view the video? IF in on the IP page and hit view video it required flash or quicktime, and not all pc's / mobile phones more importantly have that?

You can use Ispy or blue iris for PC and IP cam app on your phone

I know this video has been up for a while, but question none the less.
After I add the /adm/enable_ui.cgi to the IP, and tap enter, I see a sign in screen that your video doesn't.
What to do?

All you got to do for a username is type in administrator leave password empty

It looks like Advanced IP Scanner has been swapped out with a remote access/control app similar to Team viewer called Radmin with the same version number but definitely not Advanced IP Scanner.

Way to find out If you can't access a user interface even with the get code that's mean it's locked ui is locked
