The real words which not a lot of Pakistani wanted to hear were told by Danyal in the end of this video. Yes its good to have everything like big buildings and all the stuff western countries have but we do need to have ethics which is a long battle for our Pakistani nation. Danyal is visionary and he has seen places and he knows what Pakistan is lacking right now and that is ethics.

I am really inspired by him how he got a super mind in a little age of only 26 y 😍.i find him a very nice person, he have very high level of attitude, I proud of that I am being project manager of his project of Beverley hills residencies Murree. His behavior with my construction workers and staff is extremely very nice. May Allah (swt) succeed him in every fields and continue His blessings on him.

This guy thinking more innovatively than civil engineer on field working in our country although he's from a business background. I'm a civil engineer and a researcher. Technologies, he's discussing only a dream to execute in Pakistan but he's finding ways. Hope he'll be successful.

We still relay on conventional construction techniques where productivity is low.
BIM software (Revit) are commonly used in western countries. Unfortunately we used to break newly constructed roof and walls to accommodate MEP.

Correction on 3 D print house issue: The cost on 600 sq ft demo model 3D print house constructed in 48 hours in Austin Texas is around $10,000 In El Salvador building 100 similar homes will cost $4000 only when using local labor for putting roof build with local material. and our USA patented Self Lock slim Thermal Break single glazed or double glazed windows with local manufactured El Salvadorian glass assembled by unskilled labors saving 25% energy. Daniyal Sheikh should incorporate the same Hybrid model for pakistan.

Yes, I agree with his last comments so my question is that who will change that obviously you, me and other young people who will be a parent after 10 to 20 years, so have to focus on the parenting skills and brought up our children in such a way so they can change as a nation. In my point of view, we are much much lacking in parenting skills although I'm very young and I don't have any experience in it but I realized this thing
