I want them to come to Maryland St Mary’s it’s more watermen than yachts but you all are awesome I guarantee safety I’ll sleep on the dock with a 20 gauge
I really like seeing a layout with the ensuite acting as a buffer between the owner's suite and the engine room. Helps cut down the noise of the generators at night.
I did offshore duty with US Customs in the late 80s aboard a 55'Hattie. The generators and the swells lulled me to sleep better than I've ever experienced ashore!
This was a gorgeous boat! I loved all the space in the cabins! The galley and the fly bridge were awesome! The real staircases were very nice. The boat is the most accessible I have seen.
Another thing I like about this yacht is the very high transom, which helps keep the main deck aft dry and makes navigating a little safer in a rough, following sea.
@@NautiStyles Yeah I've done a bit of finish carpentry in my house, basic stuff like door frames, baseboards and window sills. People don't realize that doing curves with woodwork is an art, combined with a bit of sorcery. You gotta be REALLY DAMN GOOD and it takes a ton of special/expensive tools. You have to steam the wood for example, that's way beyond any decent carpenter's skill set.
The woodwork is beautiful on the interior what an amazing boat ❤ your videos are something I look forward to every week. The walkthroughs are second to none. Informative yet somehow feel personal.
Let me first say you both are wonderful and extremely exciting to watch. Also, I wanted to say the yacht or vessel plan set up is awesome and lastly, I enjoyed the video altogether.❤️🇺🇸😃
Apart from the nice boats, most guys watch this channel just to see Victoria, and in this episode she is looking particularly FINE. thanks Vic and Rico 😍
I can't help but compare this yacht to the 90 foot Cheoy Lee that is one of your most popular reviews. This yacht has all the utility of the older boat except no fishing cockpit. It is almost twice as fast, and that air conditioned flybridge looks like party central to me! The separate VIP forward really adds to the versatility. It would make a great cabin for a live aboard captain. A quick trip to the shipyard for some refreshing, and its look out Caribbean! 😃
Thanks for another fun tour! I have to say, this one is well-proportioned for the practical use-spaces, without too many redundant coctail-party rooms. It's actually like an actual house in that way. That flow-through living/dining room combo salon feels like a nice casual hang-out space more than most boats. I'm still getting used to forward galley layouts, but for long trips it could be a good way for folks to have a hangout together when someone has to be stuck monitoring the helm.
Great classic Cheoy Lee. I believe this model may have been designed by naval architect Tom Fexas -- the sharp, fine bow and high cruising speed were traits of many of his designs. Very nice layout but shows it age by lack of a good social area in the bow and by the dark woodwork. The only area of concern is the engine room -- those generators look really tough to service, they are jammed between the Cats and the hull. Thanks for a thorough, informed tour.
Classic style, features, and design. A very inviting yacht to consider for a live on board. Two big cats give you speed if you need it and range to enjoy.
the lay out of this one is great some of the other I do not like so much but the Cheoy Lee is well thought out for livable space. top 5 on live arbored thanks for sharing.
Cheoy Lee has an amazing history. Originally designed merchant sailing vessels to outrun the Japanese blockade during WW 2... Their sailing vessels are extremely quick and responsive... still family owned to this day..
Older than even that. Started in the 1890’s, has built everything from tugs, ferries, cargo vessels, sailboats and super yachts. As, you say, still family run. They were high quality builders, (mine has monel piping in the engine room for example) and were very early adopters of fiberglass as a building material. I have a Tom Fexas designed 52’ Efficient model which I have run all around the Us East Coast, Gulf of Mexico and Bahamas. Very similar to the Bravo only smaller and slower. 😢 I am looking to upgrade hopefully soon. I am thinking Bering is the ‘new’ Cheoy Lee and am leaning towards that brand for my next boat.
Recall, I think you are absolutely correct. That door can be used for walking in the engine room and walking out of the engine room very good Victoria give him a cookie.
Definitely an awesome liveaboard yacht 😍. Luv the separate head in the owner's cabin. I think the yacht should be named Storage, 'cause there is so much storage 😁and so many places to hang out. Awesome yacht. 👍👍
On a serious note, I think that 88 felt like a 120. Huge headroom, beamy, spacious interiors, absolutely beautiful main salon, bar, dining area. The whole vessel would make its new owner a beautiful new (albiet a timeless 2007) liveaboard. I love the seperate vip, as it is virtually a second master suite (As you both mentioned). If it had a lift, I'd have definitely thought about it as a bargain liveaboard, as there isn't much needed to add your own touches. I'd leave most. I'd upgrade the TV, Music System, Speakers/Subs/Amps (ISE). E.G: *ICE = In Car Entertainment *ISE = In Ship/Superyacht Entertainment Or *Integrated/Interlinked Ships Entertainment What would be the price range of a similar vessel in her age, size, & condition etc? Most definitely a great find for the next lucky owner. If she'd ever in Southampton UK. I'd love a tour. Still bucketlist to tour a big super/mega yacht. X
One of the biggest things Cheoy Lee does that I like is put interior staircases in, and not just almost vertical ladders, but comfortable, walkable, stable access that still feel secure in rough weather. They really do make some gorgeous boats.
I agree about the change to a separate washer and dryer set up in the crew quarters area. The forward berth was my favorite. To my horror I saw a lack of coffee pots on the boat. 😱 This is a nice boat.
I would have to replace that outside TV imminently, even watching this it kicked my OCD off it having that white frame with the bottom cut out and with it not being a rectangle, but great little yacht.
WOW! That is one beautiful ship! Ship? Yes, ship, it is much too big to be called a 'boat'..Have heard(is it really an old sea mans saying?), a ship has a boat but a boat doesn't have a ship....Absolutely fantastic! The living/dining area truly superb. Such beautiful wood in there! I can go on and on as you can tell I am really infatuated with this boat! If only I had the $2mil to buy and the deep pockets to maintain it with crew...Sigh..Can always dream! LOL..Lovely tour,Victoria and Rico, thanks for bringing us on board to show us around!
There aren’t many UA-cam channels that bother to respond to nearly all the comments. That’s one of the reasons I love Nautistyles.

Glad you enjoyed it!
If that flying bridge was enclosed pilot house would be much bigger !
Finally, a boat with proper hight rails.
👌🏼
Of all the boats I have seen this one is the most amazing. Storage galore, separate crew quarters and plenty of space.
it is very nice - isn't it
Literally the perfect boat! This is what we need in 3 years. Hopefully we can find something similar then.
We can help you find something like that 😉
