Oh thank you for showing this web site i will be using it all the doctors do is give you pain meds that kinda work and call it good so thank you i solved my stomach pain by drinking green tea and a little of ginger spice i can eat chicken again

I am so glad that you are attempting to help anyone with chronic pain. Now if I just use the information provided 😮 I’m a 72 year old female with severe OA and spinal stenosis that is getting worse over time. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Stenosis is serious could mean you will be paralyzed if you dont get that addressed with surgery

Hi Dr Furlan,
Are there tips about specific problems there? For instance, I have sciatica. I had it before, in the '90s. My Dr told me to stay off my feet in bed for six weeks, and it worked, but I have heard that treatments are different now, and I can't be in bed for six weeks easily now. Is there advice there about that or other specific things? Thank you!
