My eldest son's paternal family are original PH residents. He marks 7th generation. His grandmother's house is on Jackson & Broderick, his father's home around the corner on Broderick.
For a very nice place, it's generally $1,000,000 a bedroom. In addition to East/West or North/South, a major factor is high/low. The higher a property is on a hill, the more expensive it is.
Austin klar really knows his stuff! Love this in-depth content.
Appreciate you!
We pay the price, but it is worth!

That’s really cool-I’m sure it has changed a lot over the generations 🏡🏡
I'm paying $3,850 rent per month in Emeryville, Alameda County. I think everywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area costs a ridiculous amount.

You can get 3 bed condos for under $2m. Seen a few recently in overall good shape in pac and presidio heights.
I guess depends on what is “very nice.” Renovated and good view on nice street.
@@jlasfrenovated, good street, south views not north. You want north you’re pushing 3m
Being built 50 years ago nothing modern
