Some shady investor thought it would be a good idea to custom build a home in my neighborhood that was about 7000 sf and easily triple the price of anything that had sold before it. I like my neighborhood, but it's not the kind of place that you build a house like that. Location, location, location.

Wow their HOA is actually a steal at 0.4% value per month. Mine is 1.5% in the easy bay and we don't have ANYTHING to show for it... they don't even give us any maintenance on our shared and pretty busted up mailbox. 😭

Went to SF and it felt absurdly unsafe. Walking down any street there was trash everywhere and a ton of sketchy people that made myself and my girlfriend feel unsafe. The Golden Gate Bridge was nice, but we will not be returning to SF any time soon if ever

All it need is updated plumbing ,AC/heating etc.if needed and a new updated kitchen. The bathrooms also could use some updating but can keep the old aesthetic. The views are gorgeous, Just a very expensive fixer upper!
