@@JSayelBaldomero I think cholesterol, some of it at least, is actually good for you... At least the HDL stuff...
Yes, I'm fairly certain Larry eats at least as much poultry and meat as I do, he prob. eats a little more chicken and a fair amount more red meat than I eat (he prob. has not as much the grass-fed type stuff and as I don't eat pork or bacon anymore, he has this stuff as well/obviously more than I eat), and he also consumes dairy. However, I dunno, I eat a fair bit of non-gmo turkey, etc. Also lamb, etc.
It's ok if Larry has higher cholesterol than me. My tasty-er foods of choice are more of a split between fruits/fruit juice and meats, but I think I lean slightly more to the fruit side of things. Of course, we all need our veggies, beans, nuts, etc., esp. veggies, and if you don't eat your veggies, you could end up like Brock Lesnar (close to dying, something having to do with intense pain he felt a while back, maybe something having to do with his kidneys, not sure offhand)...

My favorite gravy is the sausage gravy I made in my own kitchen a few days ago. Used Bob Evans brand pork sausage seasoned with sage, fennel, red pepper flakes and a healthy grind of black pepper while browning the sausage, then realized that there wasn't much fat in the sausage itself so I took that out of the pan and tossed in a tablespoon or so of butter.
After that it was all ancient history. Made the roux, added the sausage back in, added the milk, brought it back to the simmer and seasoned with extra sage, more black pepper and the requisite shot of worcestershire sauce.

I'm impressed, never would have expected this to be good, let alone to be literally just meat and salt. It might be a bit on the pricey side but i'm definitely going to be adding a few cans of this to my hunting supplies. a real meat, non freeze dried meat stew will go a long way toward a happy hunting camp this season. Not to mention when you think about it its only a little more expensive than some freeze dried crap - plus its real instead of TVP and has enough fat to make a good stew gravy
So a big thanks for this one

Are you saying that Italians are the "low end of the gene pool"? You realize that provolone is an Italian cheese and is correctly pronounced 'prō-və-ˈlō-nē' with the long E sound on the end. It is also pronounced that way in the UK. You are actually saying it wrong!
