Looks very good. I have a question for you Sue. What is the heat setting and how long you cook it each side?

metalandy hi she had the heat on high. I asked her on how long it takes to cook and said time varies depending on size of fish. She said to cook it until it is a nice golden brown on each side and it should be good.

I love using freshly cracked pepper, but whole pepper corns would be a bit strong. The rest of the dish looks great, though.

Seems very odd that it has pork in it. Kind of ruins the dish for me even though I love cod. Can I leave out the pork?
