I have been heating up and putting in the microwave my wives menstruation blood and drink hot period blood for over 10 years. I look and feel so much younger and never get acne or back issues. Guys. If you’re having skin issues drink the blood when your girl is on her period. It’s worked wonders for me ( just heat it up before u drink it) I drink 5-6 liters of her menstruational blood per month. Only when it hot and bubbly

This video helped inspire me and confirmed what I already believed: That I could lose weight and improve my health in Thailand. In less than 2 months I've lost 10 kg/20 lbs (8% of my starting weight). Environment is EVERYTHING! I'm surrounded by fresh, healthy food served in reasonable portions. Without my car, I automatically walk a lot. I've even started lifting weights and I actually enjoy doing it. I feel great! Thank you for this video! I have watched it numerous times and I will continue to watch it for inspiration.

Life in USA is way too sedentary. We work way too much and don't have time for focusing on our health/ exercise. The food is also too much and very unhealthy in USA. We drive everywhere. In Thailand it is often more convenient to walk than drive many places. The walks are not long but they are short and often. Do that every single day especially when you don't have to work like many people do sitting down all day doing nothing will definitely force you to loose weight. That is also part of the reason Thailand is on my Target as retirement place.

Thank you sir. I am just starting the same journey. 190cm tall 160 kilos. Had brain surgery last year and gained over 50 kilos form the amitriptyline they prescribed. So be it I am alive and living in Chiang Rai so can not complain. The first month 10 kilos washed off with no effort. The switch to Thai food only and stopping the meds worked wonders. Now walking at least 8 km a day and have a great gym at my condo. Thank you for a very motivating story to follow and congratulations. All the best from Chiang Rai.

Hi Bobby. I was 169.8kg and got below 100kg in just over a year. I am 188cm. Most of this weight loss was by strictly cutting out most carbs, all sugar, and alcohol. Now I have been less than 100kg for about 20 months & I have worked up a fitness regime. I started at just 5 minutes per day, but now do about an hour p/d mixing weights and bike. I feel a lot better. Everyone has to find their own way, but if you set a goal and plan a method, it can be done. All the best.

I was in Thailand for a month, when I went there I had this huge beer belly, that and plus the fact I am an IT guy who tends to sit a lot during the day. After the month was over, apart from being sad that I had to go home, I had lost that beer belly completely. I still drank way too much beer but I walked everywhere and also ate the Thai food. Everybody commented on my return to Australia at how much better I looked, now the struggle is to keep it off. Cheers :).

When I was living in Bangkok, I met a few middle-aged expat women from Europe, Australia and the USA. Several said just living in Thailand was their best diet ever. I also was 25 pounds lighter there than my current weight now in the USA, yet I eat well now and am very active. I think the tropical heat of Thailand, and the sweat that results from it, was a big reason. I also have read where heat suppresses your appetite a bit, and your main focus is on hydrating, which is good. Another variable, at least in my mind, is that in Bangkok at least, there's so much distracting and entertaining us, we don't always think about eating. In the USA, if I am not careful, I can eat to fill time, not just my stomach. lol Portion sizes are also more reasonable in Thailand.

You can do it, just take it one day at a time. Nobody got overweight overnight and nobody can get healthy overnight either. From 2010-2011 I went from about 245lbs to 165lbs and it was mostly just severe calorie restriction with some longer walks mixed in. If I could do it all over again I would have started working out while I was eating better and the journey would have been A LOT easier.

My Brother was a personal trainer in an Affluent area of Sydney Australia. He would often have financially successful clients asking him for the next big thing in dieting to find the secret of losing weight. He said the easy part was summed up in 5 words. "Eat less and Exercise more" The hard part though was the mindset change to prioritise Health as #1 and having the integrity in ones self to make it a life long commitment. Kudos to you for taking on your personal challenge and succeeding. As the saying goes. "Health is Wealth" 🙏🏼

I can not tell you how much seeing this video inspires me. I am in the same position, with my health. I have gained and lost a small village over my life time. The last big loss was in 2008 of 165 lbs, but sadly my weight came back due to laid up time with operations both knees and both hips total replaced, due to arthritis. I have a spine operation because of arthritis also and need another one now, but if I could lose 100 lbs that would mean the world to my everyday pain.I often watch your videos and others who blog from Thailand and the Philippines and even though it seems like you can eat 24/7 it is different foods and not the processed stuff we have in Canada and USA. I pray one day to accomplish what I have done in the past and what you are doing every day. Thank you.........Mike

Been watching your videos of touring Thailand for a while, because that is my interest, and not only could I not imagine you were 140kg, I couldn't imagine you would let yourself get to that point.
You're nature and attitude is so positive, I couldn't see it in you to let yourself go that way. I think it is a great example of the different lifestyle between the US (West) and Thailand, the time to look after yourself, and the time to eat better.
That you did it whilst still obviously enjoying yourself (and enjoying a beer) is inspirational, more than the weight loss.

    Hey Lou.
Great video and congratulations on your amazing achievement.
We (my Thai partner of 8 years & I) have recently relocated from London in the UK to here in Thailand. We spent the first month at the beach in Pattaya where we would be up early and walk from Soi 10, up to Dolphin Roundabout, then back every morning.
We have now moved to Udon Thani to be with family and each day, walk two laps of Nong Bua Park, approximately 3km. Looking to increase this over the next few weeks.
I started out at 80kg which for me was a little uncomfortable. Just walking I'm now down to 76kg and feeling so much better for it.
Looking to start at the local municipal gym soon.
Have only just discovered your channel. Excellent presentation.
    Thanks for the content.

yep, once a week is the best in my experience. look and feel great. Twice a week is only 40% as good, but it is still way better and that is where I am now. Worst is no party at all and constant non-stop vigilance, but I respect that for many, that is the only way to keep away from it.

Like yourself I was fast approaching 50 and looking for change from the north american lifestyle, I met Kev spent the day with him 'he said come'. My fitness journey started 4 years earlier so by the time I hit Pattaya streets I was lean and toned , I realised Pattaya is not the real Thailand and I returned for another adventure, met my now Thai girlfriend in Hua Hin and started all the research to stay. I now live with her in Ubon Ratchathani and will never look back. Now I'm loosing what I gained, yet I only rose to 127 kg and now at 108. I'm an "inlander" here in Thailand, living in Chaiyaphum city. I think you have better food there where you are or a larger variety. One thing I would like to know from you about all this is, "how's the mosquito population there?" Here in Chaiyaphum there's always one very small one or two, yet if and when I go walking in the mornings, there seems to be pockets of them waiting in ambush positions. They don't come in swarms, but they're so small as to not notice till bitten yet fast on the attack aproach. Anyway... love your show and maybe we'll run into each other, but maybe not ;)

Mosquito's are not really an issue here but I suspect they do spraying at the beach on certain nights. On my walks I notice that on certain days they require all the vendors to completely pack-up and move out over night and then they will be setting up from scratch the next morning so I suspect they come by in the middle of the night and spray but I'm not sure. Thanks for watching.

Great job on losing the weight! I'm 60 and am trying to get back in shape. I'm not that overweight but always tired. I'm an over the road trucker in the USA, so its difficult to find time to exercise and eat right. If I ever retire, I hope to spend a few years in Thailand. I have been several times. Hope to visit again next year. And my heart goes out to Kev to! God bless him!

Great share!! Wow you do walk fast...I walk almost daily for 4.5kms up to max 8 kms per walk but my time averages 50-60 minutes depending on the route. I have achieved my goal of 100kgs and at one stage was closing on 90 but lovely Thai food and no gym I have settled at the 100kg mark. Like Lucas I am a big guy but a bit older at 73 this year. Thai diet is basically healthy and we don't eat much junk food at all and I drink a beer once a month if that. So I can empathize with this blog and always enjoy how Lucas is so lay back, informative on details, especially his bike trips which I love to watch.

Inspiring. I lost my job during Covid-19 but at the same time, over the last one year, I lost 46KG through eating a healthy diet. I lost all my medication for diabetes, hypertension and Cholesterol because of this. Congrats to you and to myself too haha! Onwards to better health for you!

Great video. I too am over 50 and over-weight and looking to retire in Thailand. I guess my biggest concern is making sure I have enough money to retire for good. Keep up the good work as I really do enjoy your videos. Make us a video at one of the motorbike dealers in Thailand and show us the different models if you ever can. Love seeing the different bikes and prices. I'll keep watching regardless though! Thanks ☺

First, my hat is off to you. Congratulations and well done, Outstanding. Totally agree with you choice for change in location. Pattaya is a fun periodical visit. But everything you pointed out about it and your new location is spot on. Notice that you seem a little camera shy... your voice over style works extremely well. The last time I was in Thailand was a little over 30 years ago. I can bet much change. That was the last visit my late wife and I made. I met her at Utaphao airport, she was from Nakhom Phanom. Nearly 20 wonderful years of marriage. I was a young Marine and she was a waitress in the airport... anyway long ago. Enjoy your programs and keep up your workout routine.

Great story. Some years back I had an extended stay in Bangkok and lost nearly 20kgs. No bread based foods (pizza, burgers, pastries) and no potatoes. My daily basics were soups, grilled meat or fish and a lot of som tum! I ran a few kms every morning and soon had a great routine going. Sadly now I am back where I started but your vlog has inspired me to have another crack. Well done and hope you keep it up.

I arrived BKK from Utah 3 weeks before Covid shutdown. My 90 days visit turned into 3 years so far. I was 99.4 kilos. At age 78 not a lot of exercise, but switched to 80% Thai diet. No chips, no donuts. Now weigh 69 kilo, my high BP, diabetes and neuropathy require no medications. At 81, enjoy smoking my pipe (60 years now - lungs perfect) on the balcony watching sunset over the bay, and my Thai neighbors take good care of me.

Lived in Bangsaen for 2 years, studying Thai in Pattaya Clang 2 days a week, loved riding to Pattaya and back on the bike
Still call Bangsaen home, something about it. I lived at the Beach Condo, a couple of doors up from the roundabout (McDonald's). On beach esplanade. Love Bangsaen during the week.
Have been watching everything unfold with you Lucas, maybe Bangsaen again to chill for a while and take stock about the next chapter. So very sorry for your loss.

So you were looking to go back in time and get healthy , nothing wrong with that .
You fortunately have discipline and maintained a regime .
One baht to weigh yourself , in the malls where I live in the West it costs the equivalent of 40 baht .
Amazing but understandable , migrating to the best walk ways in the world , that's determination , well done , you are better off for it .
Beer , sex and girls are not central themes in your videos we see too much of it from Pattaya vloggers , what a welcomed change , got your head screwed on right , you will last in Thailand , you have my respect .
