Nice to hear someone doing it properly; I also have a TIN and pay tax on my income here based on what I pay myself from my company. The thing that most expats are unaware of is if you are in Thailand more than 180 days a year, you are, and always have been, a tax resident. These latest changes to foreign income tax haven’t changed anything there. I would be willing to bet a vast majority of expats are completely blind to that 😅
@@thenakedguru agreed. Also for what it’s worth you don’t need a work permit to get a TIN, you can just go to the revenue department and get one. Important for people who are maybe only passively making income and then remitting it into Thailand.

If you're on a marriage visa due to being married to a Thai, you are "work authorized" which means you can get a work permit. But, the only way to actually get a work permit when you're work authorized in Thailand is to connect that permit to a specific job which has historically meant a job provided by a company that has a legal right to operate in Thailand. So far, that has seemed to mean that a UA-camr would have to go through quite a lot of hassle and expense to set up that Thai company and, so far, I haven't seen any people report that they have gone that route. A work permit in Thailand is not analogous to a green card in the U.S. which allows you to work anywhere. In Thailand, there must be a company of record for the permit and related to one specific job.
Impressed with your entrepreneurial spirit, I feel these developing countries have such low bar of entry good business opportunities for foriegner that you may not have in the west. The red tape, cost and bureaucracy can kill and stifle a business idea in the west even before it has started. Best of luck with all your future endeavours and good wishes to you and your family. Your a good example to others.
I own a pub together with my girlfriend for more then 15 years now. Set it up as a company about 12 years ago. Ive had a workpermit and been paying taxes ever since. The paper work is a nightmare every year. But its nice to know everything is in order.
@@ToxicTotoroI've never heard of a nominee company, so not sure what that is. 😅 I should have mentioned. It's a Thai Limited company. 51% of the shares are owned by my girlfriend.
@@PeterC245I'm sure that Australia does have the same attitude that Thailand does. You can't just waltz into Australia and decide you want to work if your only on a visa that doesn't permit work. Just as in Thailand, if you arrive in the country and get a job that you're not supposed to be doing and get caught doing the job, you'll almost certainly get deported (examples are on Border Force, or similar TV shows). Where Australia needs foreigners to fill jobs that Australians either won't do, or don't have high enough qualifications then the government looks outside the country to fill the jobs and that's the same with Thailand. Want to criticise the Australian Government? Fair enough, but do it for the right reason and have facts to back it up, isn't that right @thenakedguru
Oh yes, rubber bushings on the swing arm. They get old and then broken by the bad roads. Just get them inspected once a year and replace if necessary, the whole car will run a lot smoother. Also it is always a good idea to check the ball joints once you lifted up the car. And always change them in pairs, if you do one side, do the other as well as they are the same age ... Changing only one side will lead to failure in the other side quite shortly after.
I am amazed at how much work/biz info you managed to pack into just a few minutes in this vlog. You may not know much about cars (same with me... 555), but it is pretty clear that you *do* know a lot about the practical side of working & running a business - and most importantly, keeping it legal - in Thailand. Imo, there are too many vloggers - incl. a lawyer or two - who dispense some really sketchy advice about skirting around legal stuff in Thailand, which only puts you at risk of getting deported and/or being put on a PNG no-return list. So, it is good to hear a real-life example of how it should be done.... ie. keeping everything aboveboard and 100% legal. Best of luck with all of your ventures - big & small. And, with your car! :)
At least not another Western UA-camr that is a Tax Advisor hahaha and doesn't link an expensive Tax Advisor Company as an affiliate. Insane that people pay money to these companies to get a Tax ID (TIN) which you can just get for 50 THB (service fee) at your local tax office lol
not blowing my own trumpet but I also don't push the international drivers permit that i was offered $3000 to talk about, or a number of crypto coins that offered substantially more haha
@@thenakedguru they also insane.. Taking my car to a garage in Thailand, always comes back with a new problem and parts missing, now i do all my own repairs lol, great video keep up the good work!! oh and heres a good tip for you, never fill the car rad water with the water from the tap, the tap water in Thailand contains caustic soda aka sodium hydroxide,, eats aluminum and creates hydrogen gas.
Hey Ryan, from what I have seen over the past 17 years in Thailand, the garage you are in, is pretty nice. They have 3 lifts and it looks very clean and organized. I agree with what the mechanic said about replacing both sides.
I love the fact Thailand keeps the jobs for the Thai people. Shows the Thai government are looking after there people. Thailand is one of the only countries that are not selling out there people with immigration. Also love the fact a foreigner can’t buy land. Full respect to Thailand 👍
Hi Ryan The rubber part you pointed at is the CV boot. The big metal bit is the wishbone, which has rubber bushes that wear out from time to time. The bit he pointed at on the wheel side of the wishbone is the ball joint (wheel collapses upward when it breaks). The item you pointed to that holds the wheel on is called a stud and should not be loose. There are a few tests that I have done in the past due to having similar problems with the many vehicles that I have owned in the past. Also the I have had to change many suspension parts on vehicles over the years. As you are getting it sorted by a Thai garage. I would love to hear what it finally cost you. Depending on the price of the parts, of course, I would expect it to be somewhere around 3000 to 15000 baht. This is a very helpful video about the work permit as I will be looking into that when I come to Thailand in the future. Also considering the SMART S visa.
Thank you for sharing how the tax and business works for your particular situation. I really enjoyed your details related to car ownership and responsibilities as well.
You have explained the process of companies, tax and work permits in an easily understandable way. We'll done. What you MUST point out however, when you're wanting to do any sort of business in Thailand the uppermost cardinal rule is finding someone you can TRUST. This is what trips most people up, even those with an acute business acumen. A first class lawyer is a must and he/she needs total command of the English language. Then of course, it stands to reason to find the right partner, remembering that those who make good wives & mothers don't always make the best business partners.
All the car stuff...Mate, stop feeling like you've got to explain/ justify yourself to everyone! 😂 Your posts are great, informative and interesting - and you learned to speak Thai! Total respect 🤜🏻
There was a very knowledgeable and friendly lady who had retired to Thailand about a year ago. Enjoyed her videos. She was good. But some people gave her so much grief that she closed down her channel. Some people.
As always 'nakedguru' a good video. There are many moaners in the world, trying to dodge them is impossible. Sorry about my comment the other day, builders in issan form, my comment about your roof and the workers. Your channel is solid. You’re a very humble guy for a guy in a hat.
Always enjoy your vlogs. I could never be a UA-camr, the 'clever' and 'over enthusiastic' people 😉 would drive me crazy!!! If you get my drift!! Looking forward to the coming vlogs. from Eng/DK guy in Portugal
A UA-camr isn't taking a Thai job, it something that one can do, and then go and spend the money in the Thai economy. It sounds ludicrous to me, they want you to spend all your money in Thailand and then don't allow you to earn anything back, how is that sustainable?
If you are a little bit mechanical minded and can get delivery of parts online, it sometimes pays to get onto some forums and watch repair and service tutorials on UA-cam. But saying that you still need the tools.
Ryan I worked in an auto assembly plant for over 30 years. These new cars and trucks are not made for the average person to work on. I admire the men and women that can diagnose and repair them. I pay someone else to do all needed work. Faulty work can cost you and family your lives. Best wishes!
if they did strictly enforce it, people like me would no longer have that "window" into thailand and life in Thailand from a familiar perspective. its 99% free marketing, until the thai tourism board sponsors your content 😅
99% of UA-camrs would not make enough money to maintain the costs of a company, they would also need 4 Thai staff if they were on a business visa. There are many many reasons why most smaller UA-camrs are not able to get a work permit and pay tax even if they want to 👍
Ryan,I’m not any way an mechanic, but I know that much that those part could cause an serious problem,to say the least,so be safe out on the roads, alone or with your family ❤❤
The car maintenance both mechanic’s are correct. The car itself is a light duty vehicle and I’m sure it’s not built for rural roads that could have potholes rough surfaces. The front end on that car just isn’t robust enough. When I get a hair cut I go to a professional barber when I have a toothache I go to a dentist. Going to a mechanic shop to look after your car isn’t any different. So all the backyard mechanics of the world thinking you have to do your own aren’t really being realistic. I’m always amazed that the expat community will be the first to turn on themselves for when one is doing something the others can’t or won’t do.
Ryan your car just needs rubber bushings on either end of steering rod arm, no big deal, check front wheel bearings for adjustment. No big expence. Good lad get quotes.
The Gestopo is still everywhere my friend. In the poor rural areas of any country gossiping and backbiting are a national pastime! Keep a low profile. 😊
I would say you tubering in these countries by foreigner youtubers is of benefit to showcase the country to encourage others to come and also where are you going to spend the revenue money you make - where you live. So its likely you spend all your youtube money in the local economy or local market to the benefit of the locals of the nation you live in.
The comment about the spinney bit, no go. Was pretty funny. CV is under the rubber boot (the joint that allows for the change of angle, the thing that clicks when you turn in a old car) and the 2nd bit is the wishbone (lets the wheels move up and down independently unlike a old style solid axil). I don't know much about cars either, just bolt on new bits to replace the broken bits. Only fabricate small un important stuff. Even people that are a jack of all trades I'm sure have very big holes in their knowledge base. The more specialized people get those holes seem to get bigger outside their particular task. Probably rightly so if your doing big hours as a leading neurosurgeon why would you waste your time on why the tap doesn't work in your time off the plumber only charges out at 1/4 of your equivalent hourly rate. If I tried to machine a head or sleeve cylinders the piston would probably pop out the side.
I enjoy watching your experience with your family, and am expecting a Thai child in December. I am thinking about doing something similar as you are, so I appreciate learning and seeing what I can take from what you do. But not the youtube thing, I prefer to keep my life private for the most part. But I definitely want to buy some farm land for the kid and mother in order to help provide for them.
Surely as you are established with a wife, children and a legit company, you should be permitted residency and permission to purchase and own property. Not that you need worry on that score, as I get the impression your wife is totally loyal, and trust worthy!!!!😊
Man I like your videos and it’s entertaining. About the negative comments, I think it comes from jealousy 🙂 Keep it up and also you can always find something good in the bad comments, gives you content to explain it in your videos😄 I don’t know shit about cars either, been driving in the UK for over 5 years. I am from Europe. Gathering all the infos to make the big step one day and move to Thailand🙂
Thanks for sharing your info about setting up the company etc. I would like to set up a company to I could run my small time auto parts business from within Thailand. But don't know where to start :)
Hey Ryan. I live in Surin and have always been interested in learning the saxophone. Do you know where I could pick up a 2nd hand saxophone here in Thailand? Thanks
As they say TiT (This is Thailand). I know the law that says what work a foreigner can do is very vague. Cutting your own lawn can be considered against the law, but the police around where I live have seen me out working in the rice fields clearing brush and helping with the planting. They said they had never seen a farang do hard work. There was also a Aussy that started a bar out in the sticks. The police told him as long as he did not serve Thais' they would not bother him. The funny thing is they come and buy his imported beer for themselves. But again TiT. I have heard of people getting busted for going behind the wife's bar to change the music.
I have specific questions on your cacao. Do you have it tested for Lead and cadmium? What is the flavonoids level. Are you adding flavonoids to the process? I have the same issues with Honey. Fortunately I’ve found a local source that’s reputable
There has been 2 changes this year. The change to the tax rule which means tax resident Singles/Couples with income of or above 120K/220K THB have to file tax returns and there are penalties if you don’t or file a false return (See - How to file your income tax in Thailand in 2024 EXPATICA). Also the new DTV visa which is aimed at Digital Nomads. You can’t get a work permit on a DTV but you can submit an employment contract or professional portfolio and apply for it as a remote worker working for foreign companies/clients. So Thailand is obviously classing this work and income as not working in Thailand and the income as foreign income. Thai sourced income is income from employment or business carried out in Thailand and is taxable in Thailand regardless of which Country it paid in. So with these restrictions on the DTV will Thailand just turn a blind eye if they become YTers++. (++ = promoting sponsors, selling merchandise, courses, consultations, show casing property etc). If not will they allow those already YTing on retirement visas, no work permits etc to continue and will they allow them to have the income from these activities which Thai sourced income paid overseas and not pay the tax to Thailand while the rest have to comply with the rules. Another thing some might not be aware is Thailand is now a CRS (Common Reporting Standard) Country. CRS Countries automatically and periodically share your financial transaction info such as bank balances, deposits and source of those deposits, investments etc (See - Thailand begins Common Reporting Standard Exchange in 2023 TAINA).
Interesting topic, but there are so many different scenarios. Many foreigners beleive living in Thailand but working for offshore company is the way to describe UA-cam content. Whether that stands the test of law or application of the law as it stands is an unknown quantity. Does it com into play if you tag Thailand as location in a video when you are uploading content. Should it be left untagged?
There has not been a case to my knowledge of youtubers getting in trouble for working here. However i think when it comes to being a tex resident and having sponsors etc this is probably seen as working but not enforced. DTV visa may provide a solution but this is just my humble opinion
I'd say don't pay any attention to the bad/evil comments. Some people really don't have anything else to do with their free time and the fact that it's what they chose to do with it speaks for itself. Life goes on 😊
Shame you have to set up a company to actually work in Thailand. But as you say the alternative is to be an employee for someone else who has a business. Guess I need to look into this; I have a UK business so know how to run that so I guess I would just need to learn the ins and outs of a Thai company. That car is basically a Ford Fiesta; even in Thailand it should be easy to get parts. Changing that is either the whole arm or the ball joints; sounds like the rubber is broken on the arm where it connects to the sub frame (the frame that supports the front suspension and engine). Quite easy to change; easiest just to get a new arm (and you don't need to change both sides but by the sound of it sounds like both sides have gone). Pickups are the best choice in Thailand IMHO since roads can be bad; heat, etc, and they last forever; my 2006 Triton is still going strong!
Yes to the phone Yes, you can use a VPN on your smart TV. Here are a few methods to do so: 1. **Using a VPN-enabled router:** This method ensures that all devices connected to your Wi-Fi network, including your smart TV, use the VPN. You'll need to configure your router with the VPN settings provided by your VPN service. 2. **Smart DNS services:** Some VPN providers offer Smart DNS as part of their service, which can be set up directly on your smart TV. This method doesn't encrypt your traffic but allows you to access geo-restricted content. 3. **VPN apps on Smart TVs:** If your smart TV runs on Android TV, you can download and install a VPN app directly from the Google Play Store. 4. **Sharing a VPN connection from a PC or Mac:** You can share your computer's VPN connection with your smart TV via an Ethernet cable or by creating a Wi-Fi hotspot from your computer.
I will not start any UA-cam channel for one very good reason Ryan, and that’s because I have a radio appearance 😂😂😂😂 so I will avoid UA-cam thank you for yet another comprehensive video Ryan.😊😊❤❤
Those drive shafts won’t be cheap. That play in the cv’s (constant velocity joints) is supposed to be there as they change length as the suspension travels up and down. Most likely issues will be bottom arms, the flat triangular shaped plates with a ball joint connecting to the hub. In the past you could change just the bottom ball joints but now they’re part of the bottom arms so you have to replace the whole thing. Very interesting video, can’t believe you attract so many negative people. Why do they even watch 🤔
@@thenakedguru those mechanics didn’t look confident in pinpointing the issue. They could suggest several costly fixes before they solve the issue. I’ve had tyres go out of shape in Thailand, never heard of it before but it was a fact, very strange. Could also just be a wheel/tyre out of balance which would be a cheap fix. Interested to see your next update on the mighty Mazda 🤞
My knowlege on are cars is a bit old fashioned but during my time on the planet I've learnt a couple of things. Your problem sounds like to me to ba miner problem, but maybe not. I would try getting the wheels balanced as sometimes one of the little lead weights fall off and this can cause the wheels to shake at certain speeds
I thought that western You Tubers living in Thailand with a Thai wife or girlfriend put their You Tube account in their name. Oddly enough I actually am a Tax Adviser and do have a few clients living abroad including Thailand and Cambodia. Situations include British citizens being resident in the UK on paper; on the payroll of UK companies to get qualifying years for the UK state pension; operating from abroad but using an English limited company.
This is one strategy but if the law as I understand it is followed and enforced this would likely not cover a farang talking about sponsors and working without a permit. The truth is it has never happened yet so we can’t really know, just my 2 cents 👍
Good afternoon Ryan from Malaysia..l just wanted to enquire about your three wheeler motorcycle carriage with roofing..which you sent for repairs..how is it now? I don't see it back yet??
Had the cv joints and drive axles replaced on wife ford focus, not cheap,72,000 baht and that was with genuine ford replaceparts parts. A week out action waiting for parts, i think nest way do st ford dealer ship as got warranty on both parts and workmanship.
Great Walk and Talk again here Ryan. Yes, working in Thailand is something I wish I could do part time. One YT channel has an English farang man who claims on camera that he is the "builder". Also he is advertising himself to farangs who are doing a build so is compensated. One of the commenters on your new build suggested "hiring" this farang is how I found him. The other strange thing here in Pattaya are the many "Indians" at restaurants, running restaurants, and actually in plain sight making "Turkish kebabs" at their restaurant/street food stalls. No problem to me, yet seems odd that they are not required to hire Thais, as all other restaurants I have seen are staffed by Thais. Possibly these are all Thai-Indian citizens related to the many Indians who became citizens back in the 1920's ... Interesting tax discussion, good to know you are all "legal" and doing it the right way Ryan and Mo. Peace and Love Y'all
I know nothing about cars either mate, and I am in no way ashamed to admit it. Never been interested in at all, it's what you pay trained mechanics for, so what's the problem? I'll fix your layer 3 WAN for you, including routing, servers, storage and infrastructure, as well as your complex international SDWAN configurations, but hey, that's what I've been trained to do for nearly 30 years. Everyone to their own!
I know you said you don't usually cover it but you must have a lot of experience with your marriage visa. Could you make a video about your experience with that?
I may qualify through UA-cam I don’t imagine crypto will qualify but I really don’t know I would probably move to DTV if it turns out UA-cam qualifies 👍
What seems unfair is to tax income earned overseas that you then bring into thailand for living costs. I use to transfer funds online into my thai bank account from Spore when i lived in Phuket. Would that now be reported and taxed? 😮

Did you see actually the METAL crack?????? Drivechafts gives no problem in a woble, they don't change the allignment, rubers do, the position from the wheel changes as teh hole is bigger, the wheel goes to the outside by the weigth. changing its line on the tarmac, and by each bump the bolts in the rubbers go back to the center, this is the woble you feel or hear. no danger. just change the rubbers. you can ask me anything about mechanic or construction. and a few other things. don't ask me things about iphones.

@@thenakedguru haha no way! Me too... I use my UK ISA to swap tax free.. current range is to swap to MSTR at around 5:1 and swap back to Tesla at around 9:1. Free shares! We're at around 8:1 now, so hopefully there will be a good opportunity to swap from MSTR to Tesla in the next week or so.
yeah im a patron and learned it all from James, also use the trading 212 ISA in UK. Only thing I m thinking at the moment is if this is the run for BTC its not a good time to be out of MSTR esp with the split coming too!
Yeah, I know what you mean about BTC.. I only swap tiny bits of my MSTR and Tesla. I have a 20% pair trading bag and an 80% HODL bag. Too risky to be swapping large amounts as you don't wanna miss out if one of the assets decides to on a big run.

The fact that Thailand doesn't automatically confer a work permit to a married partner and parent-on-record is absolutely despicable.
I agree - even if it is after a set time 🙏
No it's not....
This is the route I have gone 👍
@@wellnesswithjon one you tuber deported.
Everyone else would fall in line.
Thanks for sharing your experience 🙏
By saying "you own it" it makes it a nominee company.
@@ToxicTotoroI've never heard of a nominee company, so not sure what that is. 😅 I should have mentioned. It's a Thai Limited company. 51% of the shares are owned by my girlfriend.
Sounds like you are a good candidate for Permanent Residence…
@robinradema1 Bargirls.....you got played sir😂😂😂😂😂
Its a pity our government don't do what's best for British people like the Thai government do...Great vlog thanks.
I often think this 👍
The Thai government takes the attitude, Thailand for Thais first,
Yes it’s a F##KING shame the Australian government doesn’t have the same attitude
Thank goodness I only watch the UA-cam videos and completely ignore the social media drama.
I think they have changed both but will update 😁
Love your blog watch every day, sometimes binge it!❤😂❤
I am amazed at how much work/biz info you managed to pack into just a few minutes in this vlog.
At last, an honest UA-camr talks about how they comply with the law. The only other one that showed the WP and explained how or what they did is @TTT.
I get my 5 years driver license extension with 1 letter from the immigration (letter of residency) and the best thing is nowadays you can book an appointment with the official app with your passport some weeks before. Had like 10min waiting time :D
But yeah everything is easier when you have a Thai wife or you speak Thai yourself. I can imagine some people struggle with the Thai language and then get screwed by expensive agencies.
What obligations do that have you to you Ron to show you their WP 😅
@@Lew-hb7qi They don't have any obligation and they also have no credibility either. But if you are on UA-cam touting the Thai-Expat lifestyle and offering consultations (Talking mainly to the players in Pattaya and fishing shirt) one may think, I should let my audience know how I did it.
I had an old Hilux until my wife turned it into a mobile coffee/tea truck. I bought a second hand Honda City. It's just not made for driving in the sticks where I live. Your Mazda is probably the same. When I get enough dosh I'm getting another Hilux.
My last car had a shaking issue. But it was wheel alignment. I had a bad dealership. Lucky for me a quick and cheap fix.
Hope your car is sorted out soon Ryan! Thanks for posting this video 😊
Thank you Marietta 🙏😊❤️
Taking my car to a garage in Thailand, always comes back with a new problem and parts missing, now i do all my own repairs lol, great video keep up the good work!! oh and heres a good tip for you, never fill the car rad water with the water from the tap, the tap water in Thailand contains caustic soda aka sodium hydroxide,, eats aluminum and creates hydrogen gas.
Best utuber ..humble no bs helpful interesting cultural ❤

One of best vlogs ive seen in years
Appreciate it 🙏
Taxation is not always theft, you know! Sometimes it's just plain old extortion!
🤣🙏
Hey Ryan, from what I have seen over the past 17 years in Thailand, the garage you are in, is pretty nice. They have 3 lifts and it looks very clean and organized. I agree with what the mechanic said about replacing both sides.
I love the fact Thailand keeps the jobs for the Thai people. Shows the Thai government are looking after there people. Thailand is one of the only countries that are not selling out there people with immigration. Also love the fact a foreigner can’t buy land. Full respect to Thailand 👍
Hi Ryan
The rubber part you pointed at is the CV boot.
Thanks for the info my friend - they didn’t bill me yet but I think I will update 😁🙏
Ps DTV looks very promising in my opinion 👍
I've noticed that most garages do not balance the wheels when they change the tyres. This is a cause of wheels wobbling at certain speeds.
Thank you for sharing how the tax and business works for your particular situation. I really enjoyed your details related to car ownership and responsibilities as well.
Thanks Jennifer 🙏🙏
You have explained the process of companies, tax and work permits in an easily understandable way. We'll done.
What you MUST point out however, when you're wanting to do any sort of business in Thailand the uppermost cardinal rule is finding someone you can TRUST.
This is what trips most people up, even those with an acute business acumen. A first class lawyer is a must and he/she needs total command of the English language.
Then of course, it stands to reason to find the right partner, remembering that those who make good wives & mothers don't always make the best business partners.
It’s a good point 👍👍👍
All the car stuff...Mate, stop feeling like you've got to explain/ justify yourself to everyone! 😂 Your posts are great, informative and interesting - and you learned to speak Thai! Total respect 🤜🏻
Always interesting and informative and entertaining, wish you good luck with everything you do .
Much appreciated!
There was a very knowledgeable and friendly lady who had retired to Thailand about a year ago. Enjoyed her videos. She was good. But some people gave her so much grief that she closed down her channel. Some people.
its sick, i genuinely know how she feels
Interesting to hear your business venture Ryan. This is all good info for the future. Thanks for that

The new DTV “Destination Thailand Visa” would be perfect for UA-camrs
But you need to be outside Thailand to get it.
As always 'nakedguru' a good video. There are many moaners in the world, trying to dodge them is impossible. Just carry on regardless, you are doing good and as long as you and the family are doing okay that's about all that counts. For mine you are doing good, excellent work, family is great, I'm loving the channel. Big thumbs up. 👍👍❤️😇
a good mechanic is like a good lawyer - hard to find but worth the money
Sorry about my comment the other day, builders in issan form, my comment about your roof and the workers. Your channel is solid. You’re a very humble guy for a guy in a hat.
No problem, cheers 👍🙏
Always enjoy your vlogs. I could never be a UA-camr, the 'clever' and 'over enthusiastic' people 😉 would drive me crazy!!! If you get my drift!! Looking forward to the coming vlogs. from Eng/DK guy in Portugal
Cheers Mark 🙏
Retired foryou is a Phony.
A UA-camr isn't taking a Thai job, it something that one can do, and then go and spend the money in the Thai economy. It sounds ludicrous to me, they want you to spend all your money in Thailand and then don't allow you to earn anything back, how is that sustainable?
it's not, but logic doesn't always prevail in Thailand.
nonetheless you are working and earning in thailand so by not paying taxes you are by definition an illegal
Great video, very factual, spot on.
Appreciate it 🙏
If you are a little bit mechanical minded and can get delivery of parts online, it sometimes pays to get onto some forums and watch repair and service tutorials on UA-cam.
Bingo 👍👍👍
What's so hard about getting a work permit and paying taxes?
Real Thailand 🇹🇭 is Sex , drugs n violence.....
Thank you for your suggestion and for sharing; it helped me a lot.🙏💯
You're welcome!
When one doesn't know much about cars it's very hard to know if a mechanic is honest or competent.
I bow down about the fact that you don’t are an expert on tax issues, and visa issues,Ryan.😊😊😊😊
Excellent video!
I would say you tubering in these countries by foreigner youtubers is of benefit to showcase the country to encourage others to come and also where are you going to spend the revenue money you make - where you live. So its likely you spend all your youtube money in the local economy or local market to the benefit of the locals of the nation you live in.
I agree 👍👍
It will be good idea if your wife open chanel in thai language, the content is great ❤
The comment about the spinney bit, no go.
There are ways to secure land without owning it too 😊
Man I like your videos and it’s entertaining.
I bow down about the fact that you don’t are an expert on tax issues, and visa issues,Ryan.😊😊😊😊

Virtually all the cases where people get busted are due to informants, often their fellow Westerners.
I have specific questions on your cacao. Do you have it tested for Lead and cadmium? What is the flavonoids level. Are you adding flavonoids to the process?
I have the same issues with Honey. Fortunately I’ve found a local source that’s reputable
We test for lead and cadmium and pesticide residues - we do not add flavonoids 🙏👍
God bless you all always ❤❤
Life goes on 😊
Absolutely my friend, too many people put negative comments out of emotion not out of intelligence
Might be a stupid question is the vpn only for pc or could I share it with my phone or smart tv? Thanks
Yes to the phone
Yes, you can use a VPN on your smart TV. Here are a few methods to do so:
I'd get new front tires first. Have them balanced. Half the time that fixes front end wobble.

Am trying to order from shamans shed is price in bahts or dollars?
Those drive shafts won’t be cheap. That play in the cv’s (constant velocity joints) is supposed to be there as they change length as the suspension travels up and down. Most likely issues will be bottom arms, the flat triangular shaped plates with a ball joint connecting to the hub. In the past you could change just the bottom ball joints but now they’re part of the bottom arms so you have to replace the whole thing.
Very interesting video, can’t believe you attract so many negative people. Why do they even watch 🤔
I really don’t know mate but it makes for interesting rebuttal content 😁
@@thenakedguru those mechanics didn’t look confident in pinpointing the issue. They could suggest several costly fixes before they solve the issue. I’ve had tyres go out of shape in Thailand, never heard of it before but it was a fact, very strange.
Could also just be a wheel/tyre out of balance which would be a cheap fix. Interested to see your next update on the mighty Mazda 🤞
ill keep you updated!
We get attached to the You tubers we watch. And sometimes we worry about you. Just take it as a compliment if we comment.
Yes I didn’t find your comment offensive - some others however 🙏
Had the cv joints and drive axles replaced on wife ford focus, not cheap,72,000 baht and that was with genuine ford replaceparts parts.
Peace and Love Y'all
Cheers brother - not sure if you saw but I give a more personal view on this in the patreon and members section that you can watch. 🙏🙏

I know nothing about cars either mate, and I am in no way ashamed to admit it. Never been interested in at all, it's what you pay trained mechanics for, so what's the problem? If you do crypto, do you qualify for a new style DTV, or should you stay as you are? What do you think? Not after advice just common sense?
I may qualify through UA-cam
I don’t imagine crypto will qualify but I really don’t know
I would probably move to DTV if it turns out UA-cam qualifies 👍
Love all the info, but I really think you might want to reconsider your tesla investment.
That really depends when I bought it, I took options that make it practically risk free 👍
What seems unfair is to tax income earned overseas that you then bring into thailand for living costs. I use to transfer funds online into my thai bank account from Spore when i lived in Phuket. Would that now be reported and taxed? 😮

normaly the woble is no problem. not dangerous. But he says a wishbone is broken???? its very very rare it brakes... he mean the rubbers are worn? just change the rubbers.
Good move choosing bitcoin and Tesla as your retirement bags.. two uncorrelated assets that have loads of potential upside. The future looks good for both.
yeah i pair trade MSTR and Tesla with my trade bag, stack sats
@@thenakedguru haha no way! Me too... I use my UK ISA to swap tax free.. current range is to swap to MSTR at around 5:1 and swap back to Tesla at around 9:1. Free shares! We're at around 8:1 now, so hopefully there will be a good opportunity to swap from MSTR to Tesla in the next week or so.
I don't suppose you're part of the IA community?
yeah im a patron and learned it all from James, also use the trading 212 ISA in UK.
