And I have a question about the grey denim skirt, I happen to catch a glimpse of the denim skirt pattern on your Instagram page, in the short video you posted on it, and I noticed that the front side seam curve is more curved/deeper than the back side seam thereby making the front side seam longer than the back side seam, and I was wondering does this pose a problem when sewing it up, like how would you match the seams up properly, since they are of different lengths? I know this isn't a sewing tutorial, but I'm currently working on a skirt with different side seam curves and kinda confused on how to go about it. I would love to get a reply from you. Thank you.
Hello! Thank you! ❤️ Such a good question, actually! I don't know about the pattern you are using, but I checked if my side seams would be the same length, while yes, the curves are different! It is because I have 2 back darts on the back to match my butt curve, but no darts on the front except 1 cm off the center seam. So when you draft this, it kinda like if the darts on the back are sewn, the front and the back become equal curve. Hope it makes sense! ☺️ So, I think the lengths should be the same anyway.

It is like I moved the front dart on the side edge to get rid of it, but the back darts remain in place. Hope this is a clearer explanation! :)
