Well said as usual. Enjoy that good weather. Up here in cape breton we just got a record setting 150 cm (5 feet) of snow in 48 hours. No shingling here for many months
WOW! The size of the hole is huge
New garage was roofed this week in my neighborhood Brian.
That looks to be a double 90 and is technically correct on a vent where 2 different vents come together before penetrating the roof. The high point of the attic drain vents should be the double 90 and it should flow any water or condensate either direction when it enters the roof vent.
Finding cracked pipes in the attic is far better than Crack pipes in the attic.
lol, I dunno, i'd rather have crack pipes up there rather than cracked pipes. 🤔 but then again, I'd have to worry about all my copper pipes being cracked for crack.
Hi 👋 . My name is Shaneka. I am reaching out for help with headaches, fatigue, excessive sleeping, clay/dirt/dust “soot” widespread throughout the home and in my nose, bad smells in the attic and throughout the house. I need help. We heat and cool with mini splits but get the natural gas smells. The fire department read hydrogen sulfide. There used to be a furnace in the crawl space one technician told me and another told me it was no longer there… There is an oil smell in the basement. I need some serious help. What do you think the problem could be in this house? There are water marks on the upstairs ceiling around flue pipe. There are also water marks on ceiling in the kitchen as well on the first floor that has no second level.
Is it just me or the LEVERAGE that huge pipe coming up has on the smaller diameter joint is huge?
