Wow! That turned out beautifully. Have you ever taken your large pieces of scraps from chiseling out the inside, add resin to it & see what you can make from it? This had some large shavings. Great video. 😊
That actually sounds like a brilliant idea and would help to further recycle any leftovers and I’m sure something could be made out of it even if it’s something small :-)
Lovely bowl and I like the use of the resin to enhance its beauty. Cant understand the naysayers regarding epoxy. Its just another medium that the woodturner can employ, same as Milliput or CA glue or the myriad of finishes that we all use. As far as i know its not illegal.
I really dislike epoxy as a major constituent of finished pieces. But using it as a stabilizer & complement of the wood as you do here gives a beautiful result. Thank you.
I don’t I think not using it is stupider and makes tables and other things made of wood look dumb and full of holes plus way weaker! Also hopefully train sleeper tables don’t have poisonous oil on them either
I Love how the rich glossy color came out so nicely. Really brought it to life. Beautiful piece of art.
Stunning piece of oak and a great job of turning it into something beautiful!
Nicely done. Love the Dainish oil to finish. Lovely piece!

Beautiful proportion of wood and resin to highlight the grain. And the oil finish gives it a more natural look than if you had finished with resin,
The colors from the grain really pop out 😂 awesome piece
Amazing job really impressed by the final product.

Wow so beautiful 🙌🙌
Krásná práce
Superb. Need to up my game lol.
Very Nice!!
I love this! 🥰
Quite nice indeed! I'm glad that the resin work outcome was not overpowering to the wood itself; it was rather an accent. Thanks!
great art,like
Very Nice. I like it!
Beautiful, just wondering if you sell any of the finished work you do ?

I totally agree

So beautiful, how long did it take you to make this?
It was a nice stump, turned into an unsightly cup. 80% to 85% waste material.
Does setting it up sideways show a better grain pattern?
Отличная работа
Muy bueno👍👍
The photo is clickbait.
Прекрасная ночная ваза 😅
Beautiful ❤how much cost
Para mi gusto le hubiera puesto otro color a la resina mas fuerte
Ko
So where is the piece in the Thumbnail? Just another imposter on UA-cam.
2:54 had to stop watching once the resin came out. I honestly can't stand it when wood turners use that 💩
Should have stayed, it's beautiful!
was a cool workpiece.., the author splashed it with epoxy ((
