Don't really need it. The weapons that are good against horde is at most ap2. Venomthropes cover make that a 6+. Could put them in but that's my experience
@@Hannibal_Lictor absolutely. Just depends on if you're going for just gaunt bodies or trying to kill. The 6++ is nice but for 110 points that's 18 more gaunts. But you have to factor in you also get synapse and good shooting
That has always been it's issue. One version I played at a small Rtt I just didn't make attacks all game. Still possible to win that way but definitely not everyone's playstyle
I still think its a crime that the Swarmlord cannot lead any swarms...
Maybe not the best Detachement competitive wise but the best Detachement in my heart!

But could be usefull in some matchups such as custodes.

Yes they are. And it's not Dev wounds it's 1 extra AP. But yes that's the only unit that would like it
