I bought The North face Gotham jacket and I will return it because it is badly creased. This material is highly sensitive to creases.

I had a quest insulated jacket that i bought in around 2014 but i managed to rip it to pieces.... just bought another one because i liked it so much but it seems to be a much cheaper made jacket now.... the fleece lining around your wrists and kneck have gone and it seems far less insulated.... anyone know why or if ive maybe bought the wrong one?
