I made cookies with the theme of picnic lunch.
Isn't it so cute?
I made cookies in various flavors based on vanilla dough!
Cook together!
ingredients
94g unsalted butter
94g powdered sugar
32g beaten eggs
160g cake flour
40g almond powder
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
2g cocoa powder
1g green tea powder
4g sweet pumpkin powder
4g prickly pear red fruit powder
1. Melt the butter, add sugar powder and mix.
2. Divide the eggs and mix.
3. Add vanilla paste and mix.
4. Add soft flour and almond powder and mix.
5. Base dough 40, cocoa 2 (freezer after molding)
6. Basic dough 80, sweet pumpkin 4
7. Basic dough 60, prickly pear red fruit powder 4
8. Basic dough 50, green tea 1
9. Basic dough 80g , Refrigerator No. 6.7.8
10. Basic dough, cocoa dough - triangle gimbap cookie
11. Forming and baking cookies using a cookie cutter
12. Cut and bake triangle gimbap
