Bill’s got true style and taste for days! He could’ve easily just shredded over the solo but instead he selflessly created a rock solid bed for the conga to shine, slave to the groove my friend. In some ways, bill’s work is thankless. JUST in the sense that it takes a true artist and musician to realize it’s BILL that made the “News” ‘sing’ because he served the songs soooo true without pretense but always with thoughtfulness to the listener! My musical hero and what I aspire to be since I was a little kid listening to my Dad’s Huey records!
