Milk 50 gr
Sour cream 50 gr
1 egg
Butter 50g
Sugar 100g
Salt ½ tsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Ground ginger ¼ tsp
Ground cardamom ¼ tsp
Flour 550 - 600 g (depending on the juiciness of the pumpkin)
Instant dry yeast 9 gr
For greasing and decorating:
1 egg + 1 tbsp. milk, mix and grease the buns
Almond flakes, sunflower seeds - decorate on top
♨️Bake in a preheated oven to 180 °C / 356 °F for 20-25 minutes
