I have a few of the Stoeger spring guns & with a little tuning and trigger work they can be pretty awesome. I really like the S-8000E stock. Super ergonomic. 👌
Nice review. Nice shooting. I just ordered the Stoeger s3000 c youth gun. It had some good reviews as well from Spring Piston Rifle Fever. What part of the country are you in? your weather looks exactly like its been here this week just south of Kansas City Mo.
@@springpistonriflefeverlone9611 Gun is great! accurate right out of the box. Even the cheap scope is better than most of the included scopes. I took it apart and put some red sticky grease on the spring and that's it. I also have the Hatsan Alpha and the Diana two forty so it will be fun to compare the budget friendly youth guns.
Hey How's your Stoeger S4000-E holding up? I just ordered the same deal from Pyramid Air for the refurbished 1200 model. Got it for $69 pluss shipping and tax. Makes me wonder why they have so many refurbished to sell?
Hey there! My stoeger is holding up just fine, its a real joy to shoot. Stilling trying to find a pellet and weight it really likes. So far the best results ive gotten was with the apollo champion 8.48gr flat nose. I have some heavy normas 9.1 ans some gamo ts10 10.5gr im gonna try
Boxes indicate that this rifle features a gas piston, this is incorrect. The rifle is powered by a steel spring. This is prompting returns on an otherwise fine product.

Havent hunted with it yet, but would be good for pest birds and squirrels. It does have alot of fpe, so maybe even groundhogs and raccoons
