She's an idol whom loves retro games and gets in the story so much, that I can relate to her! There are some amazingly good stories in some games that we feel. Korone's reactions are so genuine and sweet, on top of her being so adorable plus being a doggo... Man's best friend.
Idk why you would do this but seeing the ball of Joy crying is certainly a way of being a masochist since I don't want her to be sad but here I am almost tearing up with her LOL. "Bye bye is sadness." That's a line that hits close to home with some shows I watched damn she ain't wrong.
The first game in this comp is actually both Mother 1 and 2, called Earthbound Beginnings and Earthbound in the west respectively. This was a sad video to watch and I really hope Korone comes back when she says she wants to (at the end of this week)…
I don't know why but the right Nintendo 8bit song tearjerks me too. I don't know what it is about triangle square and static waves but they can really get to me.
I knew MR2 was going to be #1. I believe you recommended a vid of her story with Oyayubi awhile ago, and I was amazing how invested I got while watching.
i have played klonoa twice 1st time on ps1 - ending caught me off guard...really sad. (and the sweet touching part that the book is YOUR book...YOUR story) 2nd time - phantasy Reverie version i KNEW what was going to happen i KNEW the outcome going in it STILL broke my heart. Klonoa still gets me
Klonoa made me cry like a baby when i first finished it, now that i'm a grown man with repressed emotions, I can feel like i want to cry so badly, like i'm gonna burst.... the game still will make me cry just like those years ago
I've gone through a lot of anime, manga, and games. Had a lot of "favorite within a show". Some even inspired me to do better in real life or when I'm feeling down, etc. And I lost some of them as their stories moved forward.
There was a really emotional game Korone played a good while back, wish I knew its name. All I can remember is she was wearing her kadomatsu that stream. During superchats someone said she was a baby and she repeated that in the funniest voice. Still wondering what stream that was
I've played hundreds, if not a thousand games in my life, and Klonoa is the only game who legit made me cry. And I'm not the kind of guy who cry to a video game. Seeing the game on the list was not surprising.
In Monster Rancher 2, monsters age and can die from reaching the end of their lifespan. Korone spent a lot of time training and battling with Oyayubi-kun, so that bond formed during their time together. I suggest watching the clip it came from for full context if you're interested.
You pick a monster to start with, but later in the game your starting monster dies with not much warning (I think? I haven't played it) and Korone got super attached to Oyayubi-kun
Oh it's even worse than that, there is an option to preserve your monster by freezing them. Korone did that but she hated his expression, saying it looks like he's in pain, so she decided to revive him and spend his last days spoiling him, needless to say she spends the entire time sobbing hard.

Amen
I was not prepared for how sad Klonoa was, it's all happy in the beginning and quickly gets very sad in its conclusion. 🥺
btw klonoa gets a release on Steam soon, wishlist it
Can't wait to see her react to Klonoa 2
@@MetaKnuxXbeatsyou're evil bro 💀
@@onmyojifan Maybe. But god damn, is the game good.
Also seeing Korone cry actually made me sad, I almost cried.
"Saba Saba Misoni" one of the greatest Ko'one tracks so far, imo. An all time top of the hits track for millennia to come.
I really love Korone's roommania.
there's a lot of laughter and tears.
Watching people cry is the only way for me to get emotional 😞
This implies that you went out of your way to watch Korone cry, you monster

Man, the last one hurt so much. I hope everyone go see the video to understand how amazing was that history. RIP Oyayubi-kun.
I need a top 5 laughing korone moments to stop me crying from sad korone
This hit a lot harder than I thought, just these short clips already got my tears
go watch the original clip for the last one, it hurts so much more
@@1mclv even more so if you have played monster rancher!
Fuck, I figured the saddest part of this would just be seeing Korone cry, but it just made me even sadder about Vivi.
Monster rancher was a real tear jerker. RIP oyayubi

Great work editing these clips together, thank you for the work!!
When Korone starts cryin......we all start cryin.

Her reaction to vivi was mindblowing to me, i didn't know vivi was dead at the end of ff9
yes, he is fucking dead.
but he had some children.
I am cri thank you foreva
Me too
It’s pretty old, but Korone cried pretty hard on her Last day of June play through
Splicing in the English text in EarthBound was such a clever thing to do!
I really love her reaction❤️❤️
Poor Korone, she lost her little Phoquehead 😭

What about Henry Stickmin? She cried in that one as well.
