Scorpions is a German hard rock band from Hanover, germany, formed in 1965 as Nameless, released their first album in 1972 and still exists today. Scorpions Musikproduktions- und Verlags-GmbH is based in Schwarmstedt (Heidekreis), Scorpions GbR in Langenhagen (Hanover region).
The Scorpions' most successful songs include rock hits such as Rock You Like a Hurricane, The Zoo, Big City Nights, No One Like You and ballads such as Still Loving You, Send me an Angel and Wind of Change, which are still considered rock classics internationally today.
With over 110 million records sold and 50 years on stage, the Scorpions are among the most successful and long-lasting bands in music history. In 2009, the band was awarded the Echo Pop for their life's work in 2010, the Scorpions were honored with a star and handprints of the members on the Rockwalk in Los Angeles and in 2017 were inducted into the Hall of Heavy Metal History.

Scorpions have been my favourite band since I heard them for the first time about 22-23 years ago, and I'm not even old yet:) They're legendary guys, two members being in their 70s, but are still rocking! Also, their new album is out in a couple of weeks.

Such a haunting power ballad. The protagonist knows he’s in Hell (Remember who the Morning Star is) but still has this rebellious hope of salvation.
The other Send Me an Angel is by Real Life.
