INB4 they go full Multiverse of Madness with the 10 story paths you had to do prior to the Last Story in Shadow the Hedgehog all being canon.
People keep missing this, but the homing attack doesn't have that "delay" Frontiers has. Since it's the Frontiers engine, that means the controls were tweaked.
Correct but incorrect The game is being made by Sonic Team and in Hedgehog Engine 2. Frontiers was made in the Frontiers Engine

One thing noticed: in the background of the first biolizard shot it looks like you can see the heart/core of the ark that we saw in sa2, the spot where sonic and shadow used the chaos emeralds. Just thought it’s sick that they kept that even though they redesigned a lot of the boss arena
True actually!
Two things about the Biolizard boss fight:
1. Its uses the tubes/wires on its life support system like tentacles.
2. There's a moment(different phase of the fight) those purple energy balls gets turned into WINGS.
He's not just crawling or clinging to the wall. He is FLYING with WINGS

Not kidding, at 1:00 into the trailer.
It's only shown for 1 second.
But if pay attention you'll see the purple energy balls surrounding the Biolizard in the shape of wings & even makes a flapping motion. It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

I was at work on my break watching this trailer i literally had to hold it in keep myself sounding crazy😂
At 2:59 when shadow is fighting the biolizard, you can see a small proyectile that makes shadow's arm glow
This could mean that we get to use chaos abilities during normal gameplay

One thing I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen anyone else comment on is in the first frame of the bio lizard fight, it appears that shadows firing a chaos spear
I just realized that Shadow tezt in the logo has that icon from that 2005 game

You missed that in the section were shadow is taking out the gun bots in radical highway there’s a barrier that the gun bots are going to if you pause the trailer blackdoom is inside the barrier
To be fair, why spend time making a model of the Earth for a space level when you already have a complete model of the Earth just next to you?
Oh absolutely! I just thought it was funny and is just more things that show how rushed the Frontiers ending was.
Also, in the one scene with the radical lizard shadow uses his gun

As a person who studies graphic design and also new fan of sonic, I didn’t know they had a special fond, and it’s interesting that the new logo isn’t with the old fond❤
During the biolizard part, you can see Shadow throwing Chaos Spears on the boss
What really bothers me the most about the whole thing is, how are they going to make two separate engines work? Sonic is in HE1 and Shadow is in HE2. Two different feels of the game. Its going to be EXTREMELY jarring like old cyberspace as opposed to the open zone in Frontiers.

Anyone else think the arena for the Bio-lizard looks strikingly similar to the ones in Omens? Like a mix of the arenas of broken Dragoon and that one monster Shadow fought.
This game looks like Sonic Omens in general, and I mean that in the best way possible. It looks really dang good.

Someone mentioned that first space stage might be final chase but overall im excited for it i wasn't even expecting black doom to return 😊

I noticed, when falling through dimensions Shadow, got surrounded by swirling buildings everywhere. Their window design kinda looks like something from Soleanna(minus the balcony). If it's actually true, is this a 'maybe' possibility for Sonic 06 getting recognition? Mephiles?! Will he make the cut? Oh, I wish. Time will tell.
I thought it was Westopolis, not Radical Highway...chat, I may be braindead.
I thought it was Westopolis as well, the background being so dark and the buildings being tall is what got me. So we are both braindead I guess 💀
You’re not lol. It Black Doom being there & the sky being red kinda threw a lot of people off. I’m so happy I caught both Final Chase and Radical Highway though on my first watch ^_^
@@GDubA It might be both actually, background definitely looks exactly like Westopolis but the road looks like Radical Highway. If that moment where Shadow was chasing Black Doom through that hall in the Ark and it warped into this cityscape is the same "boss fight" level, then maybe the whole level is a trippy fusion of multiple Shadow levels and elements.
the biolizard boss fight reminded me of Sonic Omens
A lot of this game seems like Sonic Omen, and I do mean that in a good way.

I am worried about this game because when shadow uses the homing attacks, shadow has the same movement as the forces/frontiers engine. Not a good sign
I would agree, but in earlier shots it's really fast actually, not sure if that is a special chaos ability or just the player pressing the inputs slower.
This "homing attacks" or what they're actually called Chaos Snaps, makes sense for them to be delayed a bit, unlike the homing attack in Frontiers where it's delayed so the impact "feels more powerful"
Forces doesn’t have the delay, frontiers does
So the Earth looking the same is a problem? That's pretty stupid, man.
On it's own it's not a bad thing in the slightest, but it's just more proof that frontiers had a crazy rushed ending.
People when sonic team saves money and uses there own assets:

My brother in christ, the earth is the earth. There's no reason to remodel it if they've already modeled it, it's not like it changed between games. It doesn't prove anything other than you don't know how game dev works lmao.
