Damn hold up--
This one got me. He vocalize exactly what I I'm feeling and have been feeling for a very long time. "That whenever I had any emotions outside the ones that she wanted me to have, she would greet that with a baseball bat" and "I start to think that maybe violence is my mother's way of showing comfort".

lotta pain in this one, there isn't much people can say to these experiences from what I've seen. I'm not really a hugger in real life but here's virtual hugs if anyone wants them :hug: maybe that should become a thing on this channel in general, poetry is made of a lot of scars, take care, everyone, and may things get better somehow
