    Hello Lauren, I'm a french woman and I'm glad to find you on my way ! I'm used to meditating especially on the evening after heavy days. As I've been practising english (level B1/B2) for 6 months, I enjoy to listening to you : I love your magic voice, I love your spiritual sentences, I love your rhythm, your intonation and your sweetness... You're the only one I relax quietly, I find deep fast sleep until the morning without insomnia.

    Anxiety has been a demon on my back my entire life and I have to say... You... Lauren... have finally helped me banish that monster..... Im not saying I don't experience it anymore at all... Just able to control it...I don't know how to thank you enough... seriously.... God bless you ❤️

      That sounds like a reasonable balanced and wise point of view anxiety can be a strong habit to Break not that I want to minimise its complexity by referring to is alleviation as habit breaking as I know it's much more complex than that good on you Robyn

      @@LaurenOstrowskiFenton I know...up until these meditations... I was going to the ER on a regular basis thinking I was having a heart attack and I was not... panic attacks... I have had one (heart attack)... so that can tell you something... but the mind is very powerful...my whole life was trauma pretty much... from age 4... Different types of abuse etc lots of different things I can't even go into it... I think was in my mind forties when I had the first heart attack then I realized I had heart arrhythmias and that sudden cardiac death syndrome so they put a defibrillator in my heart in case that ever happens again... Needless to say that was traumatic... sort of like getting hit by a car I would say... everytime it shocks you 😦
      The trauma led to the anxiety which got worse after every trauma... I'm 60 now... I'm very careful with everything in my life right now... Coming out of it a bit... I was thinking about contacting you about therapy... (Would like to improve my quality of life now) :) I wrote your information down hopefully I will be able to do that... thank you for your response and thank you for everything

      @@LaurenOstrowskiFenton I would love if you could do depression meditation? There are not many out there. I think one by Michael Sealy. I think so many of us would benefit from meditation work while going through depression. It’s so hard to just find a therapist when you can’t even do basic functions. I think it would help some of us get a better start. There are soooo many meditation or hypnosis videos directed at anxiety and worry. Yes people with depression have those to deal with but not everyone experiences depression in that way. ❤

    Lauren, I've been listening to your meditations on and off for years now, when I hit those lows, and you always help me out of them. I think it started when I found a yoga nidra meditation of yours that I continue to love. This however, is my favorite one that you've done so far. It seems to fit my particular needs so perfectly in this moment. I thank you so much for that, and all the wonderful, beautiful work you do. It is truly art, and it benefits all beings.
    Also, I've been listening in the mornings actually. Often times the anxiety is worst in the waking moments, and this is the case for me currently. Sometimes I wake up all too early with all the worries in the world flooding into my mind. Your meditations are my go-to for waking up peacefully now too!!
    I wonder if perhaps you would consider doing some meditations about health anxiety? This might be a little too specific for a wider audience, and I've found many of the general worry/anxiety meditations to be perfectly wonderful!

      Health anxiety meditations would be great. I suffer from hypochondria. I measure my pulse daily, avoid certain substances, limit what I eat and drink, weigh myself, talk to myself in times of stress.,, health anxiety is a real thing. There’s nothing wrong with having a fear of death or something bad happening, actually just saying it feels better 🤍

    Thank you soo much for taking your time to help us get through difficult experiences we face , listening to you overnight on Spotify helps me sleep peacefully I deal with anxiety alot , but with your guidance I manage to sleep through it and much better !!
