These reels are more bulletproof than basically every other reel out there even $500+. Not sure how they made these so damn good but it has surpassed my Dauntless, Talicas, Avet raptors, And Penn's in durability. Sucks they don't make them anymore
@Taevon Mahi'ai talicas are garbage... they are made to sell, thats why there so smooth. When you hook a fish its horrible and you get almost no torque on bigger fish with the low gear. to replace talicas, get penn torques. I have found the penn torque to be the best you can get in the medium frame market. For heavy frame reels my Okuma makairas and the Penn VISX are the way to go!!
these are very nice. work flawlessly. I have 2 of narrow version. very happy for the price you can't really go wrong. just my opinion.

It can be but it is very heavy. If you want to go American, get an Avet or an Accurate. We have all of them in stock.
